I’d like to give this location 0 stars but then I can’t comment. The worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in my 40 yrs of life. This is supposed to be open 24hrs, they are constantly closed at night (and it’s closed at 6am……..wth? See pictures attached). If it was the first time, ehhhh stuff happens, but no……it’s a regular occasion at this location. One time I placed a very simple order (large number 2 cheese burger meal, no onions with coke and 2 apple pies) they messed the whole order up. I got onions and no cheese, ice tea drink and the fries and apple pies were hard and cold. Why would Anyone keep giving this location their money. McDonald’s Corp. should really look into this location. Who knows what other areas of handling our food these people are messing up in.

There is an employee, a young man named Roony who has such a great personality, demeanour, and attitude that it makes me believe that if you were to look up proper customer service in the dictionary; in a perfect world, you would find a photo of him smiling within the entry! I literally just watched him go above and beyond with an elderly lady ahead of me on line, and it’s so refreshing to see a young person showing such respect to an elder without acting dramatically annoyed about it like too many today do sadly. When I visit this store and he is not working, I am actually disappointed! He is management material in my book, and if that is his goal, I sincerely hope he makes it to regional or higher one day. Well done on hiring Roony, McDonald’s!
