My mom has been an extremely loyal customer to this location for over 6 years now. She either picks up or delivers a large mocha iced coffee and one glazed donut. Every. Single. Morning. They recently hired a new manager and in the past two weeks he’s worked here, he’s messed up truck orders, lied to customers, and treated customers horribly. They haven’t had proper inventory all week. My mom places mobile orders to pick up. Every morning this week, she has been told they can’t make her order because they’re out of certain things. Every morning this week, my mom has asked why they haven’t changed their menu on the app or just shut down mobile ordering so she knows not to waste her money ordering something they do not have stocked. This manager has only argued with my mom, telling her he can’t turn off mobile ordering. But they’ve done in multiple times in the past years, including holidays, short staffed days, and low inventory days. We would understand if he told us he’s new and just doesn’t know how to turn off mobile ordering, but instead he told us he couldn’t. Every single morning this past week. My mom has placed a mobile order, she’s then told at the drive thru, that they can’t make her order and turn her business away. This morning, she was given her coffee, not even the two donuts she ordered, and the cashier informed her that the new manager has BANNED her from the location she has used for almost SEVEN YEARS. She wants to try to get in tomorrow, I told her not to waste her time. She will be going to 34th location (which is farther and more inconvenient for her) from now on. I’m sad to see the Dunkin we’ve loved for almost 7 years be ruined by a manager that’s been hired for two weeks.

I feel so bad for the staff at this location, they are always under staffed and busy. If you can’t keep staff pay them more and/or treat them better. I guarantee they are losing tons of business, before don’t have 20 minutes to wait for coffee in the morning. All things considered the staff always as a good attitude but they can only do so much without help.

Awful. Wife’s “grilled cheese” was like a smear of yellow cheese and goop. We were also told that we couldn’t add a sweet tea to our order at the window.. unless it was after 12am? And that they only took cash at the window, despite not mentioning it at the speaker. This particular store seemed in disarray.. sign said “Under New Management.”. Sounds like its not going great.

Lady over speaker was nice but the line took forever. I ordered a LG Caramel Craze Latte hot and got a cup half filled. This will be the last time I’ll go to this store. I’ll make the longer trip and go to the one on the otherwise of town where ill actually get a full size cup of coffee

I believe every Dunkin is falling apart. All three in my town are ALWAYS out of something. I went to this one because my usual one was yet again, out of material to make Lattes and only taking cash. When I got to the drive through speaker at this Dunkin, there was just silence for about three minutes. Then I was told they lacked the materials to make a butter pecan frozen latte. Not having materials to run your business seems to be a Dunkin thing as of late. I also order hash browns. They should of been called mashed potato lumps. They were not crisp, but mushy and room temperature. They were soaked in some type of over the top herb oil, like they were sitting in the vat for hours. Absolutely disgusting and uneatable. Stop wasting your time and money at Dunkin, they are going under. I understand labor issues, but those issues are 12$ an hour. Maybe pay less of a slave wage and your company might actually have people that want to work there.

Nightmare of a place. There is no communication in the kitchen, there is no communication with the customers. My gf waited 20 mins for her sandwich to the point of wanting to leave because no one would even approach her at the counter. I had to grab their attention and come to find out that they had marked her order as complete even though we had missing items.

This store needs some serious attention. The wait time for the drive thru is at least 10-15 minutes and by the time you get to the post to place your order, it’s another 5-7 minutes to even be acknowledged. For the past 6 weeks, they greet you advising that they only accept cash. But if you go inside, no one says any such thing and you can pay with a card. Why is this? Not often do people carry cash and it seems it is their way of making customers go away.
