The lady who took my order, she got it incorrectly. I ordered 8 mozzarella sticks, but she got me 8 chicken nuggets instead. I just had it because I didn’t even want to go talk to her. After I finished the order, I said thank you. She just stared at me and didn’t say anything. I asked for another straw, and I said thank you again. Still no answer. I asked for ketchup and sweet and sour sauce because she forgot to get them for us. I said thank you again. She just stared at me with still, kinda cold face. Didn’t even say no problem or something. I was trying to be polite, and this lady just ignored me. I guess she didn’t even want to talk to her customers ♀️

This is my first review. I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but I have had a terrible experience almost every time. I went to pick up an online order and clearly gave them the order #. They got the order wrong. I went inside to correct the situation and they basically ONLY gave an extra sandwich because the incorrect order had a variation of the actual order… This was done without explanation. Not to mention- the total time from when I entered the drive thru and left the parking lot was almost an hour. A business that doesn’t value their customer’s time is mind blowing to me. This is ridiculous. You are better off going to whole foods or bareburger. Closter doesn’t have many fast food places and they are doing everything in their power to drive customers away.

This is the nicest, cleanest, and most demonstrative of fine customer service Burger King I have ever visited. Marco and the rest of the team are absolutely wonderful. I am so incredibly disappointed with this location. Due to being quarantined with a 2 year old, being pregnant and working from home, I ordered for a lunch delivery. The delivery came and one of the drinks were wrong.No big deal. Then we found a HAIR in one of the sandwiches. I get it, things happen. What upset me was when I called them, they were not apologetic or helpful. All they said was that they check the orders and that I was wrong. I also paid for cheese on a whopper and guess what… no cheese. Pictures below to show.

Worse Burger King service. I never write review but the girl at the counter was absolutely mean, talk on her phone the whole time instead of serving people that were waiting. We waited long to have our meal, she completely ignored the clients (+ was shouting at her colleagues). Please go home if you don’t wanna do your job

What a great crew of people working there absolutely sickening that they have to work in such a freezing cold place. There was no heat on at all out fries were cold in no time. I asked why it was so cold they said unfortunately management has been notified on numerous occasions and tell them to wear a sweatshirt.

Honestly, I just checked the reviews to see if I had the same experience as everybody else and yes. The girl in charge of packing my order completly ignored us and even screamed at her coworkers. Our food was cold and incomplete.

the two brothers works at this Burger King is the nicest Burger King workers that Ive ever encountered. Furthermore, the night time manager is also is a cool CAT! The food is nothing more than ordinary Burger King yet, the night time manager and the two brothers (cashier) are the reason I go back to this place.
