I 100% recommend this Papa John’s location to anyone ordering. The food is always on point. They are a family run store, and they treat you like family, as well. They always provide excellent service. When Adrian delivers my food, he always asks, “How’s the family? How’s the baby?” It’s the little things that show you that people are kind and care. The worst Papa Johns experience I’ve ever had while dealing with the franchise. The customer service is lacking to say the least. The phone person was very rude after clearly sending out the wrong order. I will never order from here again and I’ll make sure to spread the word. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF AND CARDBOARD FOOD !!

Rude and dismissive staff. Placed an order online that apparently was never received. Rather than offer to take my order at the register, the man behind the counter just said “No, we don’t have it” and turned his back on me to go back to the kitchen. Better off taking your business to one of the local pizzerias.

I placed a mobile app order on 2/10/2023 at approx. 4:50pm, I got a notice that my order was delivered at approx. 5:30pm but when I looked it was not, I called the store location at approx. 5:35 and was told the driver was right around the corner, I didn’t get my delivery until 5:54 and it was COLD. This Papa Johns location is 1/2 a mile away from my house, I could have walked there and back in the time it took their driver to make their delivery, I would have gone there but it was a long week and I was tired and looking for a fast and easy meal for my family. I don’t know about anybody else but I was expecting fresh I’m NOT going to serve my wife and 3 year old daughter cold pizza so I went to another local pizzeria, Capri Pizza in the same town, and had a MUCH better experience. I wasted $30 ordering from this Papa Johns location but it was a lesson learned. Save your money and go elsewhere, at least it will be fresh and more than likely cheaper.

This is the best Papa John’s I’ve ever been to – I don’t know what their secret is but everything from their specialty pizzas to the plain ones always taste so good! They don’t deliver to me but it’s worth the drive every time.

Ordered online, an hour after ordering and no food. I called to ask about my order and what the late delivery policy is. Would have loved to cancel my order and get refunded. The man on the phone was rude and stated he sees my order, that they’re extremely busy and they still have time left to deliver my order. If my intentions were to dispute I would not have asked what were my options to sort out the delay. Within 10 minutes of my call the food was delivered, with additional attitude from the delivery driver. Rude service with customers whom were trying to settle it as adults is uncalled for.
