Worst Customer Service!! NIGHT CREW SUCKS!!! ordered for my family we spent a whole hour waiting for our food. Had to call back to check on our food. They never put it in as we ordered. They came out w our food everything was cold our drinks were watered down. So I gave all the food back and asked for my refund. Nothing but kids that work there. Never going back!

This Sonic location on Turner takes absolutely no pride in preparing what they serve. My burger was cold the cheese was not even slightly warm or melted and it appeared as if they were playing toss with it. I sent it back and the second one was much better with the exception of I ordered it with mustard and this one had mayonnaise. I will definitely not be coming back to this sonic location.

I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich that was not cooked. The meat looked grey. I requested they send a manager out and when she finally out I showed it to her. I asked if it was cooked. She said they were pre-cooked and they just throw them together. I asked her if she would eat it and she replied no. She refunded my money for the sandwich. Also had a strip meal that had water for gravy.
