Blonde headed girl with ponytail was super rude was trying to customize my drink which was a lightly frappe green tea matcha with an extra scoop of green tea. that’s simple. I didn’t feel like arguing with her as she was rude from start. This was at 2:58 p.m. Sunday .she was working with a guy named Nathan he was absolutely friendly. My drink was mostly ice there is about a fourth a cup that was liquid.

My partner stopped in early Sunday morning. We were surprised that there was already a crowd In side. Although there was a line it moved quickly and we were able to get a half dozen donuts and two coffees in under 8 minutes. Kensley was super friendly and efficient. She managed to be personable and keep the line moving the whole time. I wish they would bring back the corn bread donut or have a gluten free anything.

This location is so unpredictable. I always my drink exactly the same (med caramel iced coffee, cream+liquid sugar) and it’s rarely the same. Sometimes it’s super light, or super dark. Sometimes it’s waaayyy too sweet, other times it’s like they didn’t put sugar in at all.

I wish a zero star review was an option . This place is disgusting . The employees don’t wear gloves , they go from the register to using their cellphones , and then handling donuts all barehanded . I was in there today (6/15/23) getting myself and children food. The employee dropped my breakfast taco on the counter , spilled 40% of the taco out and just wrapped up the remaining taco and threw it upside down in the bag , then tossed my 2 donuts on top of it. I told the cashier I was not paying for that and wanted a refund or a new taco . The manager (who I assume) came out and yelled saying I couldn’t talk to the staff like that, well a few of my personal words were said and I left. When I got to my vehicle I checked the bag and the bottoms of both donuts were covered in green mold. Please be careful when eating here . They do not follow food guides and their food is obviously not safe to eat . Now I’m out $10 for nothing

This location is usually my go to, but they really ripped me off today. As pricey as these drinks are you would think that they would at least fill it up all of the way. Nope! Brought it to their attention and they said that they can only pour more milk in it, which would water it down and make it cold. I don’t understand why it couldn’t have been made right in the first place. I am so upset with the subpar service in this town.

Drive Thru Order 9761 was for 2 coffees one cream only other cream extra sugar. Got home both were Xtra sugar. Cream was curdled and floating on top. Called but no answer nor VM available. Drive Thru service was extremely slow!!!! Will not go here again.

I and a family member of mine stopped in on a Thursday evening and there was one very nice Lady working by herself running the drive-through and also the desk she did an excellent job keeping it together and the store was clean too, she said that her help wasn’t there at 4:00 and it was 4:15 . She was amazing, my family member said she shouldn’t have to work alone, we were going to try to see if we could talk to someone but turns out she was the manager! She is an amazing manager and I recommend that you should visit this store!

It’s actually amazing how bad this store is. Every time I’m there, my order (places online) is never ready. I’m always waiting for 10-20 min. If I get hot coffee it’s never made correctly, only once every 5 times. Unbelievable how a restaurant can be ran this horribly. Go somewhere else

This was probably hands down the best Dunkin’ I went to when I lived in Hickory before I moved back home. The girls knew who I was when I came in and had my coffee started and my cream cheese everything bagel cooking when I walked in. They always went above and beyond in giving my 2 year old daughter donut holes to snack on when I brought her in on my days off. Can’t thank them enough for their kindness.
