Gotta give it to Jimmy John’s! Thank you for the replacement order. When I received my delivery, I couldn’t pick it up to eat (def turned it into a bowl and just ripped up the tortilla it came in because you gotta be adjustable sometimes) due to how it was wrapped, and this is the replacement that I got when I came in! Not only can I eat it, the pure beauty of it was amazing. I almost felt bad eating this piece of art… almost 😉

Both the food and service have been really slipping the past year. Today bought two wraps with tomatoes that were too ripe to have been served. Something else was off on the Thai wrap that I couldn’t put my finger on. It was off enough I just threw most of it out. Prior visit they were out of wrap tortillas and didn’t let me know until after I’d ordered and waited a good 15 minutes.

Ordered a sandwich for lunch the other day, and whoever delivered it POUNDED ON MY DOOR AGGRESSIVELY FOR MINUTES. I was on a work call, i couldnt answer the door and not sure i wouldve wanted to when there’s someone babging on my door like a psychopath. I’ve ordered quite a few times and have never had this problem. So when I call to complain and the managers like ” Well we don’t leave the sandwiches if no one answers. They’re supposed to bring it back to the store”. Which I’m pretty sure is a lie because I’ve never had this issue before. But even if it is true, JUST BRING IT BACK TO THE STORE THEN. DO NOT EVER POUND ON SOMEONES DOOR LIKE THAT. I actually started thinking it was someone else fir a moment, because why is the delivery guy so angry? But nope. It was just the jimmy johns delivery guy, aggressively BANGING ON MY DOOR. He’s lucky that 1. My boyfriend wasn’t home and 2. I was on a call and couldn’t step away because I would’ve screamed at him. This went on FOR MINUTES. I’m still extremely angry tbh. Because who DOES THAT!?

Just another Jimmy John’s. Sometimes cashier is friendly and sometimes not. Lots of staff turnover. Their bread is why I keep coming back along with fact you can eat outside on patio in the shade of a magnificent old tree but alas they cut the tree down.

Literally just ordered and used Apple Pay just for them to request cash upon delivery and when I called to resolve the payment issue I was called rude my the manager on duty. I would not recommend this store. My order also took over an hr.

This Jimmy John’s is significantly slow. I had a couple orders already that took awhile but had one today that took almost and hour and a half. What really made me upset is my coworker left a little while after I placed my order to get Jimmy John’s and he got back and ate his lunch before I even got mine. This is disappointing, even if they are busy. The app really needs to give out eta’s or something.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, asking for one cut in half and requested napkins w/ each sandwich. No sandwich was cut in half and no napkins were included… pretty simple request right? I earned a free bag of chips and they forgot to bring them. When I called, the young lady laughed because I was complaining about a bag of chips. This order was very simple. I’m a huge JJ fan.. I use to work at one years ago so I know these employees were just careless about the order.
