This Sonic use to be really good, but has went down hill quite a bit. Today, I simply ordered two popcorn nugget kids meals for my little ones and was given this. It was only breading with not the slightest ounce of ACTUAL chicken. My two year old wouldn’t even eat it and he absolutely loves Sonic popcorn chicken. An when contacted, the staff said they all are like that. We got to do better than this!

The food was delicious and hot, but the service was atrocious. If there was anything like the walking dead the waitress could have been classified as one. I tried to talk to her but she just stared at me and walked away. I have worked in retail for over 30 years and understand we don’t always feel like we want to be at work. However … If you don’t want to be there then quit. There are hundreds of people who would like a job, so the next time you have an opportunity to hire someone make sure they are there for the right reasons.

Wanted to stop on the way thru town (going home). We stood there waiting for someone to take our order (walk up), 2 different workers came out, didn’t say anything to us. HORRIBLE experience, staff is rude, refuses to take orders just mashes then button and you hear them laughing. Guy then tells me “you can wait for your order I’m busy” and then never answers: then when food was brought out it was dropped on the ground and the young girl proceeded to tell me they will not remake it. I refused to pay so she then went and got a new order and then took my card bc the Kiask was not working and was away with my card for 10 minutes and would not provide a receipt. HORRIBLE location

Went through the drive thru waited 30 minutes on 2 caramel sundaes and when I did get to the window employees were dancing and touching all over each other it looked like a freaking frat house party. THERES NO EXCUSES AT ALL FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE/BEHAVIOR.
