Many times even on a small order I am told to pull ahead and wait, and wait, and wait… I don’t seem to have this issue at other locations . Other than that the food is your average McDonald’s quality. I don’t usually leave reviews much less bad reviews but this keeps happening over and over. I shouldn’t have to wait 5 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown when it’s not even busy.

Breakfast ends at 10:30…I had placed an online app order at 10:09am. It took the money out of my account immediately. I arrive at Mc.Donald’s at 10:17 am and had already choose the drive thru option. There were 4 cars in front of me. It took until exactly 10:30 for me to reach the ordering station where I gave them my online order code. They tell me that breakfast is over and they can’t pull up my order any longer because the system won’t allow them to.

I arrived at this location after placing an order online.i waited for about 5 minutes and so did another customer and no one ever acknowledged our presence. I said hello excuse ,the employee looked at me with an annoyed look on his face and continued to ignore us. Another 5 mins go by and the other customer stated he was going to a different location. The employee finally started walking to the counter only to ignore and deliver an order to a table.. when he returned I said loudly can you please help me so I can pick up my food. He seemed really annoyed that I was asking him for help but he finally got my order. Upon handing me my order I told the employee I understand that you may be a little busy but you have to at least acknowledge the customers. He said what ever and walked off. I f had not place my order online and paid for it I would have left. The really sad part is I THINK HE WAS THE MANAGER. stay away from this LOCATION HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
