Horrible – slooow. 4 bad meals at our table – didn’t even bother complaining to manager, she was outside smoking. I got a turkey dinner pic attached of my turkey that was supposed to be sliced with gravy – none added. Also see photo of what the meal looks like on the menu. Wife’s eggs were cooked brown. Grandson’s chicken strips were dark brown and overcooked / dry. Don’t go. Others left while we were there – waitstaff too slow. This place won’t last if this is typical of service and meal quality. Purely horrible – would give zero stars if possible.

Despite having a decent grand opening when they first come into the town, the current state of the IHOP in this location is abysmal. Our online order demonstrated a complete lack of passion for cooking and a reluctant acceptance of subpar quality. My first red flag should have been that despite the order being on a weekend morning, there were few people present in the actual restaurant on what was supposed to be their busiest time.

I ate at this new IHOP two days ago. I had to wait until now to write the review as I didn’t want to review on emotions. Both my wife and I are self employed chefs. When we first walked in we thought the place was closed because there was nobody in the establishment including the workers, I even went as far as to walk to the kitchen to look through the door and it was deserted as well. We waited 10 minutes before an employee finally came in and seated us. My wife ordered an omlette and I ordered the quick decision breakfast as well as I also ordered a bourbon jam burger. As we were the only ones in there after waiting for almost 50 minutes the server comes out and tells us they were looking everywhere for the bourbon jam sauce and couldn’t find it. I said just make it a regular burger then. It took them an hour and twenty minutes to make that little bit of food. While waiting for our food another couple came in and waited 15 minutes for someone to seat them and the server was outside on his personal cell phone on a personal call, very unprofessional. The folks that where waiting abandoned hope and walked out. Now for the food, omlette was so overcooked my wife had to put ketchup on it to make it edible, My bacon and sausage was so dry and rock hard you could chip a tooth on it. When I spoke to the manager about it, she said that the bacon and sausage is cooked in the morning and placed in a heater cabinet all day, and it was at 8 pm we were eating. The manager further explained that they have only been open 3 months, and that none of the staff has been properly trained. There is clearly an absence of leadership, training, and customer care or service. While the manager did reduce the bill which she said is a common practice because of all the above listed reasons, we still will never return and will discourage others from eating there. If I could give zero stars I would. There were about 10 employees and only 1 working. There was only our table and one other table. The server was sweet but did all the work. No one helped her bring out any of the food. No one helped with drinks. The food was mostly burnt. It’s like there was no cares in the world. No wonder this place wasn’t busy. The poor server even asked the manager to help and the manager was too lazy to even get up. Such a disgrace. Don’t see them staying open long. Do not recommend.

Needs Management! This place seems as though no one is in charge and everyone is doing they’re own thing with no communication or knowledge as to what they are doing. Its as if a bunch of kids who never knew the business were hired and thown in there to figure it out. We were one of 2 tables and it was dead inside. The table that came after us ate and left before we got our full meal. We were there for 2 hours and I left hungry. I was excited to see the great menu options. More than half of what we ordered was not received and when we notified our waitress of the missing orders and items, we were told they were out or it was frozen so they couldn’t serve it.. what?? When I asked why nothing was said until after half of our table was done eating and the other half was still waiting for their meals to not arrive or partially arrive, I was told because the kitchen can’t notify her until after all the other food was made.. huh?? There was creamer spilled all over the floor and no one cleaned it up. I watch a few people slip and still no one picked it up. I received an omelet missing half the ingredients and with frozen avocado on top and again I was not notified they were out of certain ingredients and instead was served the omlet with half the ingredients missing and was still charged. Other items ordered were just not brought and when asked, we were told they were frozen or out. Tough luck! Never given notification or another option to order in place. I will be Shocked if this place survives more than a few months!

When we arrived, they were not busy at all. We wanted to give them a shot even after reading the bad reviews. We were greeted by the hostess who was nice. We then sat down and watching servers walk by left and right. We were told that our server was going to be Monique. 15-20 mins went by with no service at all. We did not get greeted by our waitress at all. I went up to the hottest to inform her we were still waiting. I watched her talk to our supposed waitress. She then walked by our table again, and started cleaning the other table off instead of helping us. Was not a great experience at all.

Terrible experience! After waiting for our food for over 45 mins (even though we were the only ones in the restaurant) the waiter bring out our food missing our hash browns and when I asked about it he proceeded to tell me they were out of them. Pancakes were cold and crunchy, I’m not sure how you manage that. My husband walked past the kitchen and saw one of the cooks on her phone while there were customers waiting on their orders. Another man waited for his order for over an hour and when he asked for the manager he was told they were “remaking his order”. I would come back here if the food were free.

Family wanted to eat at this location. I told them of the reviews I read on line. I was totally shocked at 8:30 in the morning. The staff was very friendly. The food was good, not exceptional in terms of the pancakes. The French a toast was better. Orange Juice tasted watered down. Overall, I would try them again, give them a 3.5. You have to experience them for yourself! Go early Saturday or Sunday morning if your going on the weekend

We waited for about 10 minutes, before the manager sat us. We got menus and silverware 20-25 minutes later. Then asked us what we wanted to order, “remember we just got our menus”. We ordered our drinks and got them 15 minutes later, then ordered Breakfast, we sat there for about 45 minutes, then Breakfast came out. We were there for about two hrs.
