Only order in person while watching them prepare & bag your food & even then double check your food! It makes me so sad because CJ’s was my favorite place for burgers, fries and malts. I keep giving them chances hoping their staff has improved but I keep getting let down with items missing and over or undercooked food. Today my burger isn’t a patty- just ground beef falling apart and I’m missing my second order fries and ranch which I ordered & paid extra for. Plus my malts don’t have chocolate syrup on them as they should even after asking them to please not forget. So frustrating to continue to waste money. The staff are quite young & just don’t care about keeping CJ’s reputation up. When I kindly tell them about my messed up and/or missing items it’s an ordeal I don’t care to deal with. They will eventually give you what you are missing if you go back but they make you feel like they don’t believe you & are just giving in so I quit trying. My $10 burger salad literally has 2 pieces of lettuce & a few small cut pieces but it is not even close to being a salad…? They have so much potential but after FOUR straight botched orders I give up. Today they even botched the ranch that I paid extra for. It’s usually sooooo good but is not edible today because the seasoning is crazy strong. Even the fries are over seasoned today. Ugh! I really wish the owner could find good staff to make this my favorite again.

We were suggested CJ’s for “best burger in NWA”. I had to try it. It is a phenomenal burger: real meat, ground in-house; fresh condiments; excellent, cordial staff; and the Dr. Pepper was perfect (indicative of a good filtration system). The burger is the style of Freddy’s but the flavor of [insert your favorite burger joint]. For me, I would eat here anytime I didn’t want to cook a burger and had a craving. The fries are equivalent to Five Guys (best fries in my opinion). 10 out of 10 for CJ’s. My wife said her salad was great, and the chicken was very good.

One of the best burgers in NWA. My favorite part was the well seasoned patties. The flavor of the meat was so good that my buddy and I decided we will get fewer toppings next time so we can taste the meat more. In fact, we both had so many toppings that our buns gave fell apart. That’s not a knock on CJ’s. It’s just what happened because of our choices with toppings. The price was relatively high, however I’m not complaining because the value was there. I got exactly what I paid for, and I did not leave hungry. The fries were okay, but not as good as I expected for hand cut fries. My only gripe is that the very kind cashier kept coughing into his hand. You’ve got to know that’s a no-no in the food industry. Cough in your sleeve or take the day off. I’m glad he wasn’t handling any food. Good service, great burger, decent fries, good value, will he back.

Loved this place as a little kid in russellville so I was elated y’all had one in NWA… or as I thought! Came in 20mins till close and I know how it is when people come in late as I’ve been a server, however, I’ve never lost my respect for the quality or health standards when someone walks in close to closing!! Well I got just that! Half the burger and half the cheese was off of the bun and stuck to the wrapper when opening one of our burgers.. also! I sat and watched a short haired girl make a burger with mushrooms right before making mine.. im allergic.. highly! Not only that, but she grabbed the orange grease cloth in the middle of making my burger just to begin putting pickles and cheese on my burger.. how absolutely disgusting!! And can you say HEALTH VIOLATION! Also, I understood if maybe stuff was put away but why couldn’t I have bacon? Ohh bc the cook didn’t want to make it, that was the excuse! The only person nice, the cashier! I’d give him 5stars bc he’s the only one that changed gloves and was polite! Probably won’t be back! Once in a blue moon in russvegas! They do it right! … hate this.. loved this place.. not in NWA tho

I love to eat here. The burgers are so juicy and delicious. The fries are to die for also. Love love this place! Service has always been great. One time I got there right at closing time and the staff did not seem to care at all, still smiling and helping me get my GREAT food.

By far best burger I’ve had in NWA! Gives you that old school burger place feel. LOVE the small menu me and the family stopped in this afternoon and was lucky enough to meet the owner Keith very nice guy! Great food, great staff. Killer burgers and the fresh cut fries, and FRY SAUCE are to DIE FOR!!

Decided to try this place out, and it did not disappoint. I ordered a Combo cheeseburger with fries and some fry sauce, my partner ordered the same. We decided to use the drive thru, which albeit a bit slow, it was absolutely worth the small wait. They were delicious, the burger were cooked perfectly and the fries were hot and fresh, and the fry sauce was incredible. Honestly if your hesitating on trying this place out, do yourself a favor and try it out, also when you order make sure to get extra fry sauce because we both wish we had.

I personally have been to the Russellville location 3-5 times due to my occupation that has allowed me to travel with members of the UofA Athletic Department, but I had never been to this location until today. I’m not sure if it was due to the weather or time of day, but I was glad that the business wasn’t crowded in order for my daughter’s and I were able to enjoy our 1st visit. The burgers were so fresh and delicious that both will need a double whenever we visit again as they also devoured their fries along with the milkshakes that were requested. Even though there isn’t much to offer here, I believe CJ’s rivals DQ for them.
