I went to buy pizza on a weekend night and the store was packed and service was terrible. everyone was waiting over 30 minutes for a pizza that is supposed to be hot and ready. girls in the front are rude and always on their phone but the worker named ana was very kind and went out of her way from the back to attend me. she showed great customer service and was hardworking, pizza was fresh and worth the wait. managers as well were nice will be returning

T-Mobile Tuesdays has us going to Little Caesars more frequently nowadays…. it reminds me of taking the kids there throughout the past decades… so we got free breadsticks with the sauce included & bought the Detroit Style Deep Dish Cheese pizza (which is our new favorite)!

I ordered a thin-cross supreme pizza and after 15 min of waiting they clearly game me a pepperoni pizza that I am assuming it was not picked up for some one and they added on it 3-4 pieces of sausage ,2 pieces of mushroom and gave it to me just like that. That is a lack of respect to the public. And after that they just told me that they will refund the money and that it takes 5-7 days. Horrible customer service and lack of respect. A manager should supervise what the employees are doing to avoid these bad experiences on their customers.
