We came here after going to Gumbo Limbo Nature Center Saturday. We were looking for good place to eat, and we found it! Great ribs, wings, corn bread was delicious! One of the best I’ve had. They had homemade sweet potato chips. Yum! And for dessert, homemade key lime pie. I will be coming back here when I’m in Boca.

I love this place. It’s not the fanciest place around (think sort of rustic). But for a local bbq place with great food and wonderful people running it, it cannot be beat. Over the years I’ve gotten to know the owners and servers and they’ve gotten to know me. It feels like being at a friendly home. The pulled pork and beef is simply outstanding. The range of what they serve is wonderful. And maybe the best this is the service. Before I can even walk in the door my iced tea is ready. They know whether I’m having beef or pork. I usually go on Saturday or Sunday (especially during football season)and INGRID takes incredible care of me. She’s a true treasure. The whole place is (two miles from where I live) but she is the star.

The best staff and food to die for ! I loved my salad and everyone else loved their catfish too. Their desserts are amazing especially the homemade keyline pie. My personal favorite is the Reese’s chocolate pie. A must place to go with family and friends and enjoy the hospitality of the staff 🙂

I’ve been coming to sweets for nearly 15 years now and every time I visit Florida I make it a point to come get some of the best BBQ in the state. Fantastic ribs, pork, chicken and catfish. Don’t forget the sweet tea and sweets. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.
