The staff was friendly and remembered our family. Christina is great and always treats us good. The food even on a holiday weekend came out fairly fast and the food was warm and delicious. We got the wildfire salad, some pancakes (one shaped like a little pig was a nice touch), southwest avocado omelette and the two breakfast biscuits. Delicious.

Our server, Ashley was outstanding! Host, Justice and entire staff were excellent! Food was great! Country biscuit breakfast for $6.99 can’t be beat! Also had the Cinna biscuits and breakfast protein bowl. Entire order under $30 and well worth it! Plenty of parking and conveniently located off i-75 across from gas, hotels, shopping.

Bland food with little to no seasoning and not well executed. The home fries were dry, overdone, and had no flavor. The omelette had no seasoning and the only thing with flavor was the spinach. This used to be an okay place to grab a decent breakfast.

Waited for a server to come get our drink order and 10 minutes later I went to the cashier and asked if we could get Waited on its been 10 minutes and no acknowledgement, it was the asst. manager she took our drink order, then got our food order after drinks, ordered a salad didn’t get until food. Food was good but service awful. There was only 2 tables with customers and the waitress just ignored us, I guess couldn’t handle 3 tables. The asst. Manager and the waitress were to busy taking care of carry out to worry about customers inside. Very poor customer appreciation by both. Will not be back.

We waited about 15 minutes to be acknowledged, and the we sat for another twenty minutes before our order was taken and then another twenty minutes before we were served. Out of the two pieces of chicken one was not cooked all the way through (raw) the other was fine, but not very warm and the carrots were cold. My wife got Blueberry Pancakes with sausage, so I ate off of her plate and while the pancakes were good, the sausage was ice cold. The server was friendly, however and I felt sorry for her, because she seemed new and I knew it wasn’t her fault. Really disappointing.

Our group of ladies left Bob Evans in Piqua know we were coming and we were treated like royalties, they greeted us at the door our tables were ready, we were waited on right away, and our food was ready all at the same time. I can’t complain about anything. We were well pleased. Thank you.

I hate to even have to do this review, because I really love Bob Evans. But, I believe this is worth mentioning. Today is April 29th, 2023. My husband and I are celebrating our one year anniversary this weekend, and decided that we were going to have dinner at Bob’s. We were thrilled when we pulled in and saw they weren’t very busy, because this was around 5:30 on a Saturday and we figured they would be. Got right in, got seated… and that was it. There were maybe 5 other tables with people on the north side where we were seated. We sat there for around 25 minutes, watching as every other table was waited on multiple times each. We were never approached once. We never had anyone even bother to say, “I’m sorry, I’ll be with you in a few minutes,”….. nothing. We left. Left the menus right there on the table, and walked out. This is our first anniversary. My husband just got out of the hospital after 10 days, we didn’t even know if we would be able to celebrate our anniversary. He just got a pretty serious diagnosis that has completely changed our lives in many ways. There were 2 waitresses in our area multiple times during the time we sat there. Not once, did either of them even look at us. They had everyone seated in the same corner of the restaurant, so it’s not like they couldn’t see us. We are good tippers. We start at a set amount, which is already a nice number, and as we have dinner, we add to it based on different things. We also leave little cards with encouragement, little gifts…. as disappointed as we were this evening with the staff totally dropping the ball, I will say, we aren’t the ones who missed out. We went somewhere else, were served right away, had a great night, and whoever our server should’ve been at Bob’s is the one who missed out.

The server complained to the host about us being seated in her section right in front of us. I ordered mashed potatoes for the side with my sons food and they brought out French fry’s. Then when I asked for the potatoes I had ordered they charged me more for a side of potatoes. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all. My chicken was very tough I didn’t get my bread with my meal. I ordered a mimosa and the server spilled the wine that came with it. I won’t be back anytime soon.

This place, along with many other Bob Evans, continues to go downhill. Food was decent, but service was far from good. No refills at all, order took forever to come out, and when it did half was incomplete.
