Let me say that every establishment can have a bad day! I have preferred this restaurant over many others since I moved here approximately 5 years ago. This is my go to place! Even during the pandemic and my totals are always over $50 and that’s before tax and delivery fees. OK with that said, I ordered food today and it was the worst! burnt noodles, I asked for little to no onions but got almost 1/2 carton full. Disappointed would be putting it mildly. The CUSTOMER The SERVICE was deplorable! The woman that answered my call actually called me a liar! I told her I had pictures, she told me that I had more than 4 shrimp and to her credit, after I dug through the pile of onions and burnt noodles I did find 6 more, but I let you be the judge, I took pictures. The employee told me to call the manager the next day and hung up the phone. I wasn’t yelling, I just wanted reorder my food but make them aware. After my brief conversation with her (which included her talking to another employee about how long they have been in business) our call was disconnected. All I can say is this: The proof is in the pudding, look at my pictures and look at the website at a picture of the shrimp lo mien and you be the judge. A good relationship gone bad in one afternoon.

I honestly don’t recommend food is very dry and don’t even really have a flavor very bland the crab ragoon basically had no feeling in it and they were fried so hard that it was unreal

My order was absolutely disgusting; ragoons were stale and unfilled, just like the shrimp roll. Both soups were just gelatinous and could not be consumed. The order also was done in about five minutes which gave me a sign of the quality. And, the wonton crackers were stale, as well as the condiments given. And I got an order of side lo mein and a regular shrimp lo mein…recieved the same size.

Been eating here for years. Chewed on this from my lunch here one day. It’s a wire from their cleaning brushes. Brought it in to show them so this wouldn’t happen to anyone else and she acted like it was no big deal and said this happens all the time from their cleaning brush. She offered to make me another meal for free. I just went there today to claim this and she only wanted to discount me for an egg roll and not my meal. She again justified that this happens all the time so therefore it’s acceptable for wire to be in your food here. Just wow.
