If this is a scam then prove it and post your video of the interaction to the news media if you have no proof you lost your argument. Inquiries, Exclusions, Charges, and Other Specific Rules Related to Service Animals

Regardless on if you think this was a scam. ( the lady being denied due to her service dog) There is NO REASON for your manager to talk to ANYONE like that. The yelling the cussing. It’s disgusting, and down right unprofessional. Your manager either needs retraining or termination. I’ve worked in customer service most of my life and this should not be tolerated. If you tolerate your manager talking to people like that then you are part of the problem.

The way your manager talks to disabled people is absolutely disgusting, I don’t care what he thought that is absolutely unacceptable. As a disabled person with a service dog I would absolutely not feel safe in your store and you have lost the business of so many people. 20% of the population is disabled, do better.

Manager rudest person I have seen. Dening service to people over a service animal. You can tell the dogs were well trained and doing their job. the people barely made it through the door before he started shouting. You cannot deny service over a service animal. I hope he is boycotted. This one was caught on video just think of the ones that have not been

These people deny access to service animals and are extremely ableist please don’t go here. And for the owner who likes to reply with snarky responses. Please stop trying to get a disabled person attacked for how you chose to handle service animals. I’d throw a credit card at yall to if y’all were denying me access because of my disability and service animal. And it’s not bashing a small business. You aren’t a small business you are a chain store of a multi million dollar company. The claim to be a “small local business” is honestly laughable. Do better, you broke federal law, if anyone was filing charges against her they’d have been filed by now, post the security footage yourself.

they deny service dogs entry. The ADA states that people who have disabilities to be accompanied by a trained service animal in all public places. The ladies in the video clearly stated that they were trying to talk to their manager to solve things out but instead the manager starts cussing them out. Little Caesars I know you delete these reviews to make your rating go higher. Don’t people should know the truth behind this. They said it was a scam when it wasn’t. How does Little Caesars know if a service dog is a real or fake? They can only ask two questions which if their dog is a service animal and what is their purpose of the service dog. I watched the whole entire video and I think it was Little Caesars fault. You should train your employees better and how to follow the law. This is discrimination to all of the people with disabilities. I hope your business fails Little Caesars

I cannot believe people could be so harsh and so cruel as to refuse service to someone due to a medical condition. It’s as simple as asking them to step out until their food is ready so there is no shedding, dog hair, ect. In the store or near the food. Even then, unacceptable. If it were that big of an issue you could’ve asked them to step out and brought them their food. The manager deserves to be fired and the store should lose all service. Absolutely atrocious behavior.

Anyone who refuses service to someone with medical equipment does NOT deserve to stay in business. NO ONE deserves to be cussed out like they did in the video. She was trying to explain the ADA rules, give you an information card on it, but instead, that employee cussed her out. I hope yall learn the PROPER ADA policies about service dogs and the questions you can ask people when they come in. I saw someone responding that it was a scam, yet this person is not a scammer. She’s only trying to spread the correct information.

If the the service dog issue is a scam, YOU need to post links to the “full video”, not simply demand that others “do their homework.” And regardless of whether it’s a scam or not, management should not be using that kind of language on anyone; if the scenario is as you claim, he should have calmly denied service and phoned the police to remove them as trespassers, NOT gone on a swear-filled tirade.

Apparently a lady and her service dog was denied access, the owner left a reply to one of these reviews saying it was fake and they had surveillance video proving it. I don’t know about you but if I had proof it was a sham I’d post the video online and post the link on every bad review, to get my side of the story out there. Seems fishy to me but who knows nowadays, again if this was my business and my livelihood I wouldn’t sit back and let it happen I’d prove my side of the story. If it’s true shame on them, if not true then prove it, put a link up to the video. Looking at other owner responses they say look up Hamlin county public opinion newspaper, I typed Hamlin county public opinion sd fake service dog on google and not one story of this was found.
