Please everyone be aware the staff likes to shut down every night around 230am. They will give various reasons like the system is down, we are only doing doordash, etc.. I have had this happen at least the last 4 times in the past month that I’ve gone there after that time. And its truly been every time. Im not sure if management is aware because it seems the overnight staff just doesn’t want to deal with customers. Regardless, this would be totally fine if the location would simply specify that they close the drive thru at 230am instead of people coming there for no reason, but the location advertises open 24 hrs. That is definitely not the case. All other experiences with this location have been good, just don’t advertise 24 hour drive through if they keep turning people away after hours.

This JITB is just fine. Nothing remarkable about it. Service is hit or miss depending on what time and day of the week you go. The younger woman taking drive-thru orders always rushes you so beware and don’t feel like you did anything wrong. That’s just her attitude. Food is cooked well, just the quality of food has deteriorated, but that’s the fault of the company not the employees or location. Eating inside is great because there’s rarely anyone dining in so it’s nice and quiet. Overall, not a bad location. Honestly it’s one of the better ones. Would recommend for a quick bite to satiate hunger, but not if you’re looking for something delicious.
