Visited a few days ago while in the area. Very good pizza. Nice light airy crust. Would recommend to anyone. Only issue was the sparse toppings. I ordered the ‘three-way’ two meats and peppers and was disappointed on how light the toppings were. Almost everyone else who came in while I was there ordered the subs, so maybe pizzas are not their ‘best’ menu item. If you are expecting a pizza to fill you up, I was able to eat an entire medium by myself.

The owners of Pizza Roma make you feel like you’re having a family gathering or reunion inside of their establishment. The food is always hot, fresh, and incredibly delicious. Visited after atleast 30 years. Not the old location. Not the same food. Great service, but the old pepper steaks were much better. I thing it was the roll versus their home made bread of the past.

This is the best place to eat in Lake City, SC. I have been eating at the Pizza Roma ever since I was about 15 years old and I’m now I’m 56years old. Great food but they are the best people you will ever meet or be friends with. I hate it when they close during the summer. Then you can’t wait until they open back up. God Bless You

Overall the food was good. I had lasagna and tried a slice of pizza that my friends ordered as well. The house pizza was very good, but the cheese pizza tasted a little strange. Also, my friend ordered a sub, and asked for extra Italian sauce on the side. When we asked, the lady said “there is already some on there.” Just thought if a customer asks for something that simple, we should have gotten it. That’s the only reason I am giving 4 stars. Good food, need a little better service.

I had the opportunity to visit Pizza Roma while traveling through the area today and Gosh how much I miss the taste and smell of being home. The Owners haven’t aged a bit and their most beautiful smiles, sweet personalities and warm welcomes makes me want to visit more.
