Son’s birthday party. Look, things happen. But our pizza was 40 minutes late for a 1 hour party (there was a 1 hour activity before party time). No one called us to say anything, the link never updated to tell us the status, when I called, I was told “soon”. When I complained, I was offered 20% off a future order. haha riiiight…. Don’t order from here if you have an event with a timeline.

I usually do my orders carryout, and since this location is closest to me I usually order from here. The pizza here is hit and miss, and I hate to say that I’m sometimes worried when ordering from here. The last time I ordered, my pizza was bone dry and I could barely taste the sauce. The pepperoni pizza also had a weird fishy taste. Not sure if I’ll order from here again.

They always got my order wrong 7 times in a row and never apologize about it and they have the worst attitude. And they hang up on you on the phone whenever they feel like it and blame it on your bad service when really it’s just them hanging up on you more than five times.

Tried their sandwiches for the first time yesterday. What a joke. All bread (and the bread isn’t even that good). Hardly any meat or veg. Will NEVER order a sandwich again. Pizza is always the same. Decent. Usual pizza place wasn’t open since we ordered late. Ordered a salad as well. Basic. Kind of not worth the money either but edible.

I love Domino’s, but they should keep the quality up higher than other brands. Sometimes pizzas are undercooked or so easy on toppings. Especially when you use their coupons, the quality is not great. The store in La Cienega West Hollywood is great. If Beverly Hills branch could increase the quality of the food, I would definitely recommend this branch to everyone. Thank you for your great services in this crazy challenging timer. Be safe!

This Dominos makes good pizzas if they get the order right. When they mess up an order (which is pretty regularly) and you note that in their survey, they do nothing to make it right even if you paid extra in the first place and didn’t get what you paid for. My last order I purchased a Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza and a hand tossed pepperoni pizza, but I received 2 hand tossed pizzas instead. Them messing up my order still hasn’t deterred me from ordering from them because on the off chance they get it right, they do make a darn good pizza.
