We came here for a date night, i can honestly say this is the best food in lava! It cam out quick, hot, and was delicious. The adobada was seasoned to perfection and the green chicken enchiladas were one of my wifes favorite that she has ever tried. This will definately be the place that we visit everytime we return to lava hot springs!

Google says it’s a bus that’s permanently closed- could not be further from the truth! So glad we checked it out to see if it was really closed. The food was authentic and SO delicious! The food came out so fast and the price was great and the service was above and beyond 10/10 would recommend

This place opened over Memorial Day weekend in 2022. This last weekend in April 2023 I visited twice. Once for lunch and once for breakfast. I’ll be back each time I visit the hot springs.

The best Colorado burrito ever. With steak. I have eaten at this place several times in the past few years. Can’t seem to order anything else but the Colorado steak burrito. Sooo good. Hey, they even have a salsa / hot sauce bar. Who ever does that!

It’s okay. It’s cafeteria grade food. I had the fish tacos, there wasn’t much flavor. Salsa’s are decent, chips taste store-bought. Menu is a bit clunky. It’s an okay place with okay food.

I’m so glad we have a sit down Mexican restaurant now! Full salsa bar with roasted jalapeños and spicy carrots, a nice menu with many offerings. We ordered the Mexican enchilada with red, white, and green sauce. It was large and full of chicken, rice and beans with fresh greens on top. I added cilantro and onions from the salsa bar, too. We also got the Fajita burrito which had nice grilled chicken and veggies. The horchata to drink was the best I’ve had- finally one that isn’t gritty! They call out your number over a speaker that sounds like it’s from the Peanuts (wah-wah-wah-huh?!) so stay close after ordering if you sit outside, food comes out pretty quick!
