It was not good. Come on and we were not greeted. Bare wanted to take our order, and the woman barely wanted to take my payment for order. Then I needed a sandwhich wrapped and people were not helpful. Then my sandwhich was literally made wrong a barely n I mean barely any meat. I hope it wasn’t a race thing but I honestly feel it was. I won’t be going back for awhile. I used to like that location.

The guy who took our order was distracted (understandably so as they were SUPER busy), but somehow, he marked no cheese on my sandwich. When I took it back up to the counter, the other employee acted like it was my mistake. I didn’t want to be a “Karen” (again, they were so busy I felt bad), but cheese makes the sandwich. He asked if I wanted them to make a new one, but I asked if we could just throw some cheese on it, and that would be fine. He turns around and grabs a basket. I think he’s going to put my sandwich in a new basket, but instead, he throws 2 pieces of cheese in it and hands me the basket. I looked at him confused, and I asked about it being (melted) put on my sandwich. Not very kindly he said, “I can’t take that back.” So I took the cheese and ate it. Penn Station isn’t exactly cheap, so it was frustrating to not get the order I wanted, but the way it was handled kinda sucked too. I’m partly at fault bc I didn’t ask for a new sandwich, but they seemed so busy and overwhelmed I felt bad asking for a new one. We love Penn Station, so we’ll be back, but I’ll be sure to do a better job of making sure my order is rung up properly, and I’ll definitely check my ticket if we get take out.

I have to tell you, I went to Penn station today around noon took order home and it was one of the best meal me and my wife have ever received from there, both sandwiches made perfect and the frys made as I requested… great job Harrison Penn Station!!!!

Worthless service. Answered the phone to leave me on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up. Get to the restaurant and the employee at the front says they’ve unplugged the phones. They also turned off web orders. Had plenty of staff… terrible experience.

Abby, Josh and Brooke (and one more whose name escapes me) are just so good to me. I am a regular and they greet me by name every time. The cheesesteak is so amazing. This store knows how to treat their customers.
