Every time I’ve dared to come here, the burgers are burned, yet cold when you receive them, the fries are soft and soggy as well as the chicken tenders. The cups are jammed packed full of ice, leaving little to drink. Inedible food has been served too many times for me to ever go back and spend $30+ on garbage food

My husband and I were so excited to see a BYB after the ones local to us closed. The food was everything we wanted…and that was about it. The service was not great. When I pulled up to the window, I was ignored for a solid 2 minutes until the person barked my total at me and stuck their hand out for payment. I made the mistake of asking for ketchup and got barked at again about their truck not delivering. Luckily, we were on vacation and had more stops to make up for this experience. All of that being said, there’s nothing on the menu that isn’t absolutely delicious.

Wait time took forever, strawberry milkshake was like water, bland chicken salad, small burger that didn’t even have the cheese melted, & way overpriced for the food to be cold and the milkshake to be hot. If you want a hot shake and cold food this is the place to go. Just make sure you don’t have anywhere important to be because the wait time takes awhile.

They now use an automated order taker. The robot apparently doesn’t understand Southern accents very well, and when I tried to correct my order, it only got worse. When I got to the window, the girl there had to correct my order and she seemed to be irritated that she was having to do so. The food was no where near as good as it used to be. The meat had bits of bone (or something hard) and the fries were warm, but not hot.

Visited here on January 4, 2023 for the Black Jack burger combo & wanted a honey mustard dip for my fries & I was perfectly Fine until she said it’s $1 for sauces…..? I passed on that & worst part is my Burger was Old, Not Fresh at all…..
