Pizza comes out the oven at 5:18. Pizza leaves the store at 5:43. Driver makes two stops before delivering to my house. Result cold chewy pizza. Has happened multiple times from this location. Just a bad location. I would not recommend.

After having to wait for my order to be replaced since they drop my first one, the Philly steak sandwiches were like eating a cheese sandwich. I guess, we got punishes for them dropping our first order and only put just a tiny bit of meat on each sandwich and only on one side of each sandwich. Never had this sandwich from any other domino’s and it be like this!!!! Only positive thing about this visit… it was hot!!

This dominos is the worst. I ordered a bread bowl pasta and my pasta had a hair wrapped around one of the noodles. It was grotesque. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service online about this issue, but I’ve received no follow up. To have a restaurant send out food during a pandemic with a strand of hair cooked into the food is reprehensible. Shame on you, Dominos. On the app, it gives you real time updates about the status of your order. The final check during the ordering process is “quality inspection.” So, either they are not inspecting the food before they send it out, or someone was not doing their job. Either way, I’m disgusted and ashamed that I have spent money here before but that won’t happen again. I will never spend another penny at this location. Do better.

Would love to speak to the owner of this franchise. I work in a hospital and have a very specific window of time that I am able to eat lunch. If I don’t eat then, I don’t get lunch. For this reason me and another person placed the order around 10:45. It gave an estimated time of 11:30 (perfect, my lunchtime)…we did not receive our order until 12:50pm. I understand being short staffed and having a lot of orders, however there needs to be other systems in place for this not to be an issue. There should be more accurate estimated times given. My order said that it was being “Quality checked” for over an hour, and then it never said that it was in the delivery phase. If there are so many orders placed that it is going to take you an extra hour and a half, do the right thing by the customer. Our pizza was cold and not fresh. The manager gave a refund, which I do appreciate but this simply should not even be an issue. I will not be ordering from here again. I hope the owner of this franchise is conscious of what is going on in his/her company and I also hope that corporate would do something with the ordering system to better resolve this.

I normally never leave reviews but I had such a horrible experience with this store, I wish I could give it 0 stars. I placed an order around 5:30 expecting it to take a little longer than usual because of Mardi Gras. An hour later at 6:30 I saw on the tracker that it had entered ‘quality check’ and it stayed there for an hour. Finally at 7:30 after no sign that my order was on the way I decided to call the store to see what was going on. I was waiting for 30 minutes for them to answer and at this point the kids I was babysitting for were supposed to be asleep but they hadn’t had dinner yet because it hadn’t arrived. I finally got on the phone with the store after half an hour and they told me that it would take another hour to be delivered. I decided to just cancel the order and get my money back because 3 hours for a pizza is insane. I rarely ever order from dominos and after this I do not plan to ever again.
