Oh my goodness this place is amazing!!!! I am a newcomer to the oak lawn tavern and I must say their food is absolutely delicious!! I tried the rib dinner that came with a mashed potato, vegetable, coleslaw and I also tried the Spaetzle which was beyond delicious. It came topped with bacon and fried onions on top of gooey mac and cheese. Great bartenders and great service with a smile. The wait staff is fantastic! it’s a tiny, quaint little bar that is family owned and they also have a meat raffle and a gun raffle you can also spin the wheel during happy hour for a free drink, half price drink or $. 50 off. I highly recommend this establishment.

Everyone working was so fun and friendly! People at the bar seemed nice too. It can be hard to come from out of town, we felt welcome. Food and drinks were excellent as well!

I couldn’t be happier with this place! Amazing food for surprisingly affordable prices and the staff were super nice and attentive. Would highly recommend this hidden gem of a place. It just needs a bigger sign, it’s too easy to drive past!
