Don’t believe we will return. Wife loves her plantains and hers was dry and hard. Cabbage had no taste other than the pot. Chicken had plenty bones, less meet.

This was our 1st time visiting this Jamaican restaurant. It is fairly new to the area. It is located in the old Smoothie King space on Turner Hill Road. When we entered we were greeted warmly. There was the usual glass separation between us and the server on the other side. The food looked appetizing with many of the usual Jamaican offerings. I ordered the Curry Chicken meal and wifey ordered the Brown Stew Chicken meal. Both meals came with rice/peas and sweet plantains. The portions were pretty big and the food was very flavorful. We will come back to try some other options and ensure the food is consistent.

I ordered this morning from Ubers eats and it took two hours to come. I was expecting it to take long because it was meant to be fresh to order. ( fish usually is)The food was stale no head on the fish , the fish was in pieces. (Photo attached of the stale fish with stale plantains/ rice & peas) disgusting!!! A musty smell.

My food was Old and DRY. I didn’t think food could be this dry, including my plantains…I know this is reheated food because I own a business next to a Jamaican restaurant and I NEVER eat there…because I have watched them reheat food in the microwave and sell to someone…had this been freshly made, it may have been good. I will never know… you won’t get a chance to serve me choke dry chicken and rice again…on Gawd!!!!! Like dang I couldn’t even get 1 fresh plantain? SMH…

I visited this restaurant for lunch today and was very disappointed by the food. My chicken patty tasted burnt, my rice was very dry, and the cabbage tasted old. The oxtails were good but I don’t have to have them again. The young lady that took my order was very polite. But I wouldn’t recommend this place of business

I paid a visit to this location a good week or two ago. It was great but then what did I really expect. Every Jamaican location I visited on this side of town has not disappointed me. Here I had jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, and cocoa bread. We love everything especially the sauce that came with the jerk chicken.
