Placed an Uber eats order and this location took my order ! I didn’t have an option to include instructions so I called the store and asked them if they could please make both my pizza and cheese breadsticks lightly cooked , extra cheese which I was charged and I was told yes!

Called for to go. Pappas platter love papa Gino’s but all near me closed was looking forward to my meal .I could not get my coupon to work they send text messages with codes but be careful they expire in a few min. Never used app before so hurried in my pizza order.then called and spoke to a manager to add the platter. Well got home and I had no ravs looked at my slip it said spaghetti and meatballs. Def not what I ordered and a manager took my order.. called was told that manager left.. I left my phone number. The now manager on duty offered to replace meal but I don’t live close and also kept talking over me. I had to tell her she needed to listen to the customer and stop talking over me. She said would have the manager call me its been 2 weeks I have heard nothing. Will not be going there again. Teach your managers with some training in customer service. All they had to do was offer me a lunch at no cost on my next visit. I would of been ok with that .not up that way often. And I also ordered 2 pizza. Enjoyed those even heated up next day. That day I worked from 4am to 4pm and just wanted a quick supper. If you want better service find one closer to you or farther if you live in Stoneham go to 99 they Never disappoint . Or even Baccis they have great gilly ravs get garlic bread too fast lunch hot and great service.

I still enjoy Papa Gino’s having real Italian/NY style crust and authentically italian taste, and this place is way quicker than the North Reading location was. The quality is still generally holding up after all these years.

Papa ginos is some of new Englands best pizza around. Always delicious and great deluxe options like Buffalo mac and cheese and best meat lovers pizza in the business. Also must try the breadsticks with extra seasoning!!!

Make sure you tip or the girl at the counter will tell the preparer to mess with your food. I was there 9/1 at 5:30 pm. She told the preparer not to put seasoning when I asked for extra.

The girl who takes your order over the phone is very ignorant. On 2 occasions she’s messed up on my order and refuses to correct the issue. She tried to tell me that I didn’t order correctly but all she has to do is listen to the recording. Now she has threatened not to deliver to me anymore for the problem she has caused !!!! (Yeah Right Whatever) watch out for her delivery driver also. He’s (NG) Yup sounds like a personal problem to me.
