It was my first time coming to a Qdoba and didn’t know exactly how it worked. The lady with the tattoo on her arm and glasses working the line at 6:20 had the worst crabby look I have seen in awhile when asked a question. She made me feel very uncomfortable. The food was good, but because of her service I will not return. She made me feel like a complete idiot for asking how things work. Coming from someone who works in the service industry I couldn’t imagine making someone feel like that Remember to alway smile and welcome people with a positive attitude!!! That’s how the service industry works!

I honestly got a little nervous when I walked in and saw a huge line, but this crew worked like a well oiled machine. Looked like they were having technical issues with the pop fountain at the time too and still got everyone through quick and polite. Really solid service.

So we went on a Wednesday and that was a busy night. The line was to the door however, they moved very fast. Took only 10 mins for us to get to the front. Only issue was the guy loading the extras. Gave us like 1 full cup of chz and very dainty on the salsa. Not good ratios. He just needs to be trained better.

I don’t normally have an issue when I come in to this Qdoba nor do I normally get takeout but today I got takeout. Now the food is pretty good but there was barely anything in the bowl and missing ingredients too. When I go in they normally fill my bowl to the top but the 2 times I’ve gone here they maybe fill it half way.

The online ordering system was down for the South Airport Traverse City, MI location closest to my work and would not let myself or other co-workers place orders for pickup. Therefore, I called to place a phone order and they refused stating it was against their policy.. per the manager. The only option was to come in. I would think one person standing in line ordering multiple orders at once would be worse than a phone order that you can prepare over a period of time. Very disappointed and may have to reconsider lunch options in the future that accommodate issues like this and accept call in orders.

The South Airport location, in Traverse City, MI, has earned my respect and continued business. There have been a couple of times where my order was wrong,.and they have fixed it, without hesitation. Today, there was a glitch in the Qdoba website, and it caused my order to be submitted twice, and charged me twice. I called as soon as I noticed (before food was delivered). I spoke with the regional manager. He was quick to look into it, and refund one of the orders. Unfortunately, both orders had already been picked up by the delivery driver, but the manager was generous, and told me to keep the 2nd order. The food is hot, and quick. We will continue to be customers!

I have been ordering takeout from this Qdoba at least once every couple weeks for the better part of a year. And until recently hadn’t had any issues. But within the last few months the food quality has diminished dramatically. I’m not sure if it’s just this restaurants way of dealing with takeout, is to give them the low quality food items and hope they don’t say anything in comparison to those that dine in. However my burrito bowl today made Taco Bell look like a Michelin star restaurant. Multiple pieces of chewy fatty chicken, the fajita veggies were nearly raw, and little chunks of some burnt food were scattered through the bowl. I could not finish this bowl of food. This is embarrassing for those who work here, and even more for those who own this restaurant. I will no longer be bringing my business to this Qdoba.
