Who doesn’t love KFC, it’s a classic we’ve all grown up on, but sometimes recipes change and it’s easy to loose interest. They discontinued the popcorn chicken, and replaced it with chicken nuggets. The nuggets are great and very juicy, however when ordering a famous bowl they use the nuggets. The enjoyment we got out of the famous bowl was the crunch of popcorn chicken. It’s not the same and now that particular craving will not be satisfied. It’s a big bummer. And on today’s order our Gravy was so watered-down it had no flavor.

Horrific customer service with disrespectful, inept employees and managers. Tonight we waited in the restaurant with half of our order for 45 minutes. Every time I went to the counter to try and get an estimate of when we’d get the order there were 3 or 4 teenagers standing around in the back doing nothing but making fun of and imitating customers. When I asked one of them why she felt this was funny , she smartly said she has the right to laugh. I asked her name so I could mention it to her manager and she just laughed more and said she forgot it. I guess they don’t realize that happy customers are how they get paid. In addition to the terrible service, and filthy restaurant, they didn’t even get the order right…again. This is the last time we’ll give this place a try. I’d never patronize this place ever again. Too bad ownership changed from several years ago. It used to be a great place.

If I could put less than a one I would. The service here sucks. I put in an order 2 hours ago so that it would be ready at 7:00 and they are helping everybody that walks in here before helping the person that ordered 2 hours ago. And when I confronted the guy with it, he’s rude to me about it. They didn’t offer anything that’s helpful. The only thing he offers while you’re welcome to get a refund and he knows good and well. But if I get a refund now I have to go someplace else to wait.

This is not a one time occurance. They consistently cannot seem to give proper portions. And I don’t know what kind of garbage bowl this is… I was actually excited to try this new menu item too. Way to deliver on it KFC. I think this will be the last time I take a chance on this place. Absolute garbage and to top it off, while trying to order I was I twrruoted, twice, by employees screaming vulgar profanities in the background while the person taking my order proceeded to laugh and then apologize half heartedly. So unprofessional and definitely not up to par for quality… Used to be one of my favorite places too…

Food is always ok, store looks ok. But lied about biscuits got home with none and went back. They said there was a sign about having none (they didn’t) nor did they inform that they were out. But magically got a delivery on a Sunday night so they got some in. They didn’t seem to care either. Such sad times

I ordered a famous bowl. It had a long black curly hair in it. Got disgusted right out of the gate. I took the bowl back and they made another. The chicken bites were like rubber and tough. The normally amazing kfc gravy was like water and the potatoes mashed tasted nothing like the glorious KFC mash potatoes that we have all grown to love over decades. The mini bunt cake tasted stale. The macaroni and cheese was okay. There was no.clean table to sit at. We had to clear a table. When we got up to go, there was no where to throw the garbage away, it was all piled up on the garbage can. This place needs a lot of oversight from an owner or manager or something. Won’t be back to this location. Sad how hard it is to have a decent dining experience anymore.

I just want to warn you about this location. I can’t believe how rude the people are at this location. I placed an order thru their app. The order was around $40+. I placed the order and drove straight there. Received the notification that my order was ready. I walked in and stood there because the warmer where orders are kept wasn’t even on. My order wasn’t even there. And no one acknowledged me standing there. Finally someone walked over to counter and I held up my phone showing that it said “your order is complete and ready for pick up”. He just stood there for a sec. He turns around and starts looking in the oven areas and turns around and tells me that they didn’t have enough to fill my order. That is bull+×÷= that I am told order is ready and is not. I told them then refund my money then since you took my money. He says since it was done thru app they can’t, but he has a number for me to call. He goes to the back and comes out and says he doesn’t have that number. I went straight out to my vehicle and proceeded to write a complaint about experience to company. I haven’t heard a single acknowledgement from them, nor have I received my money back. I since had surgery and had other things on my mind. But I was checking email often. But still have never received an email, call nothing about this. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.
