On 6/13/23 at 7:05 a.m. I called and the employee said that their dining room was currently closed. This is unacceptable since I never use drive thru windows hence the 1 star service rating and 1 star overall rating. I always eat at fast food restaurant dining rooms.

I ordered the Mexican pizza something I ordered all the time, I asked for easy beef and more beans. I wish I would have taken a photo I’m so tired and hungry what I really wanted to do was turn around walk in and get my money back. What a mess this food is all cut up on top of each other, broken, it had all beef completely opposite of what I asked for. This is the sloppiest food I think I’ve ever been given from a taco bell. Needless to say it’s my 1st visit to this one and my last Needless to say it’s my 1st visit to this one and my last.

They have employees taking orders outside in this god awful heatwave and they require you to pay on the employees phone outside. Cruel and unusual punishment if you ask me, but Stating to not pay at the register(window) is such a strange policy to force upon the customer seeing how this is taco bell, since we were told that there was nothing wrong with their equipment. We were also told to go inside or give the employer our credit card to pay.

This location was Super busy, due to the other across town was temporarily closed. They were very delightful and made she my order was correct. The cars in the drive thru was 10+ cars, but it moved quickly.
