I know costs are tight these days but man has the quality gone down :/. I had high hopes for my breakfast this morning. Unfortunately the bread was all extremely stale and eggs were pretty burnt with little to no cheese. I’ve been here one other time in the summer and it was fantastic. Hopefully things can turn around because everything offered on their menu is right up my alley but I’d be better off making stuff myself if the quality isn’t up to par.

Ordered a large blended tumbleweed. It’s my favorite. This time was not BLENDED. So what I got was a lot of ice. Called to chat with manager but was not available and has not returned my call. I would really like a refund. If I wasn’t driving a distance I would have returned to store.

It’s either hit or miss as far as service goes. Had an issue with my card not registering all of my purchases; I was asked multiple times if the issue was on my end. It was not. I left my number for someone to call back and didn’t hear anything. Stopped back in today (a week later) to talk to somebody to see what might be going on. Cashier was incredibly friendly and tried to be helpful but she didn’t know what happened either. She said I now had enough purchases on my card to issue a free drink, but wasn’t sure how it happened. Got a small latte and it was 3/4 of what it usually is and the taste was…”off.” This is the second time I have wanted to return a drink but couldn’t justify it because it was free. Just disappointed that nobody was willing to figure out the problem and make an effort to ‘make it right.’ Other wise, the drinks are *usually on par here.

Used to go here often, and was obsessed for months! But, they’ve gotten a handful of seemingly new workers and their quality of FOOD has gone down the drain. Inconsistent. Burnt items. Missing ingredients. They also refuse to compensate for their mistakes.
