Wanted to love it, but they need to work a bit on getting new pizza out on the buffet. The place was quite busy, and with their new set up, people can only approach the buffet from one side. We were disappointed with the pizza selection and it didn’t change that much during our time there. Otherwise, it’s what you’ve come to expect at Pizza Ranch. Great pizza and chicken!

To be honest, I am not a ‘buffet’ kind-of-guy. My experiences with buffets have shaped my opinion that buffets are ‘okay, not great’. However, the Pizza Ranch buffet was a very pleasant surprise. My wife and I are planning to return soon to enjoy the pizza AND the chicken. The chicken was incredible. Moist. Tender. Perfectly cooked. And the price for all you can eat is also surprising…this may be the best deal in town.

Was very impressed with Pizza Ranch. It was very clean and was greeted right away by multiple staff members. Tables and benches were clean. The variety of food was great. Multiple pizzas that changed every time a new one was brought out and all of them were some of the best pizza and cheese bread i have ever had. They also had salad bar and hot food such as chicken mac and cheese, mash potatoes just to name some. I highly reccomend the Pizza Ranch in Cambridge Mn.

Been here three times since it opened, each time the food was pretty good. The only problem I have is the staff clearing plates. You can’t run to the bathroom without having your plate snatched from you, or go up and get a new plate of food without having your drink cups missing when you get back to the table. They should really verify that the person is completely done with the plate or cup before just assuming. Too much to ask for the price of the buffet?

Stopped in for supper and would not hesitate to return. Food was fantastic. Chicken was juicy, crispy and hot. Pizza selection was great. Loved the selection. Would definitely go back. Nice to have more choices up in this area to go.

My husband, mother in law and I went to Pizza ranch Monday. We had an excellent time, the food was hot and tasted great!! The service was amazing, the workers were so kind and always were observant when plates were empty and asking to take them. We also stopped in the arcade for a little and the games looked fun. Over all, a great experience and we will be back. I recommend Pizza ranch!

Everything was good until my last visit. It was our third time. We go to the fun zone we eat. Bean savings our tickets. Last time we went we had over 2800 tickets. Today we went and played. After we played. We went and checked our tickets balance and we only had 2700 after playing today. Now we have never redeemed any tickets yet. I ask how is our ticket balance lower now then before. All they I don’t know. They didn’t in anyway. I know its a small thing to get up set about. But they just didn’t want to help. So I will have a hard time going back.

Manager was less than motivated to help me out with finding a spot for my kids an myself. When approached she was more worried about dinner rush and her words were “how long do you plan on staying? I was hoping not long so we can get other customers in and out since we’re so new.” I told her I it was for my kids birthday and that it was where they wanted to go. I asked her if they serve pizza to table as it said on the website that you could order pizza to table or do buffet. She told me that the only option is buffet. It was outrageously expensive and the hospitality was ridiculously sad. I will not be returning with my kids or referring other people. As far as their buffet, their lettuce was kind of old, pizza was cold and not very many options. They had an ice cream station but no options for toppings. All that was offered was vanilla ice cream in tiny plastic cups.

Called ahead for my nephew’s birthday to see if we could get seated for 15 people, was told they don’t take reservations but it wouldn’t be a problem. When we got there we did get seated right away but after maybe 40 minutes we were asked if we were done yet? At that time we had still been waiting for our pizza that had to be remade multiple times. We felt pushed to leave so instead of spending time at the arcade and having birthday cake to enjoy his birthday we left.
