Well I have never in my life heard of a shrimp fried with the shell and tail on. I’ve never even heard of anyone being able to eat a fried shrimp shell. Maybe this is because they were too short staffed to shell the shrimp before the order came in. The unshelled shrimp tasted fine but didnt come with the crunch of breading I was hoping for (hence why I ordered fried shrimp) Who wants to spend time installing a cooked and breaded in the shell shrimp dinner? The french fries were undercooked and had no flavor. I understand this is the Moores third location on 31st and Broadway. The bread, 3 paradise grapes and cocktail sauce were the only things edible in the whole situation. 3 locations Folks? Someone hasn’t given them the memo they need better food to enjoy success in food service. This is the worst joke of a dinner I’ve had in all of Kansas City. (Nevermind that they are calling themselves BBQ trying to capitalize off the historical tradition of KC BBQ) #CAPICHEREVIEW

Went there a couple weeks ago with my parents, the ribs were delicious. So much better than most of the other BBQ spots I’ve gone to here, and the ribs themselves were a good size too, definitely recommend checking them out if you get a chance, its worth it

This place shares a parking lot with The Midtown Inn. I was getting out of my car and a gentleman was smoking some BBQ. He told me that I needed to try this place out. I accepted his offer and gave it a try. It is a family run business of a husband and wife. They were friendly and sat us down promptly. The restaurant was clean. The food was ok. I was expecting a little more smokey flavor. I ordered 1/2 pound of turkey. It looked like it was straight from the package. The sauce was spicy, but tolerable. The nachos were over spiced, couldn’t finish those. They only except cash or cash app which is kinda weird. Overall, my experience was ok. Definitely not the KC BBQ that I have come to expect.

Place should be condemned its so disgusting in the kitchen. I don’t know how they are allowed to be open. They are extremely rude as well.

Tried to come visit this place but they were closed early for no reason…. smh. I Think that my reflect on the staff not caring and quality of the product being served. I may try again but its a no go in my book.
