My aunt did a to-go delivery, and whenever we got home. We ended up not getting what she ordered. Called back and they made it right. The pizza was good minus being super greasy, the crust and sauce were good. Service was okay. Price and size not worth it, a 14 inch pizza should have been bigger. I forgot to take a photo.

The staff were extremely friendly and helped get us everything we needed. Good quality beer, and pizza, in a kid friendly environment. There is also enough tv’s to keep the modest sports fan happy. Also the prices for beer was super reasonable, and they have good specials so just ask.

This is what we got for the avocado. And when I called to speak with them they said their avocados were mostly hard and that was the only one they had. It could have at least been sliced a little nicer. Not sure how they could be so rude and defend this presentation. I understand they’re busy but I was a waitress for six years and taking the time to make the food look like it has some thought and effort is important. Really disappointing.

Really bad service from the handful of times I’ve ordered. normal to have a 2 hour wait time, and if you call to check on your order the only response you’ll get is “it’ll be there in 15” after waiting on the line without help. Note: it won’t be there in 15.

Incredibly disappointed. Ordered a thick crust pizza and garlic bread. The app said an hour, but that was fine, I know it’s a Friday and I’m happy to wait. My pizza shows up only 16 minutes later, which I’m certainly not about to complain about! But the pizza I got was already cooled off and a thin crust, and the garlic bread I got had… no garlic? It just tasted like overly toasted French bread. I know I’ve had good experiences from Jax before but this experience really upset me. If you’re going to order, make sure you check it before you start digging in.

New Years Eve 2022 I decided to get a pizza. As you know there are many options in Moorpark for pizzas. I chose Jax, which became my 1st mistake. My 2nd mistake after waiting at the restaurant with my friend was walking out of there with the pizza they gave me. I should have refused it and got my money back. Ironically my friend asked me, why is it taking so long no one is here. I told her because it takes time to make a great pizza! What a disappointment! I spent $40.00 on a salad and extra large pizza that was over cooked so much it looked like the cheese was burnt. Where is the quality control? The 2 young guys working there obviously don’t care what is being served. Seriously regret driving home with that food. I would have got a much better pizza from Domino’s and could have saved $30.00. It’s clear to me now why there was only 2 people in the dining room. Most likely will take this restaurant off my list of places to eat!

A decent roasted garlic pizza and a really funky vegetarian pizza where it just goes way over the top with too many ingredients. So I give it three stars. I would highly recommend you stick to the simple stuff and make sure they understand your order well, when you say no bell peppers, they should not put bell peppers on the pizza.
