Had a mobile order that apparently messed up the system inside. Was asked to come inside, went inside to 10 customers complaining that no one was taking orders. Went back in the drive thru and had our order confirmed and told to pull around. Instead of handling the situation calmly, the man with fake eye contacts in proceeded to call my wife disrespectfuland was shouting profanities as he made our order in the back, which was already confirmed at the screen by the employee and paid for. Would give no stars if possible and recommend this man be removed from your staff. Very unprofessional.

I went to this McDonald’s with my boyfriend around 11:00 hoping to get something quick for dinner. I pulled up to the window and started my boyfriend’s order. After I said his burger (I didn’t even get to finish saying what he wanted on it), the girl working cut me off and gave me my total. I quickly said that I wasn’t finished with my order yet, but no one responded on the speaker. I waited a little bit and said something into the speaker again, still with no response. I pulled up to the first window as the girl was giggling and barely paying any attention to me. I hurried through to be done with the experience, but it didn’t end there. My boyfriend’s burger was EXTREMELY salty (all you felt was salt burning your mouth) and the bacon on it was horrible. The burger was not edible. At the end of the day, Sheetz saved the day as always.

My husband used the men’s bathroom as we were on our way home from Pittsburgh and he said the smell was atrocious and went without using the restroom here. The food was great and hot. The cashier I’m assuming was also a manager was friendly,polite and welcoming, however the bathroom my husband told me about will stop me from going back.

Only had cash on me, so using the self-service kiosks is not possible. I stood at the counter waiting to order for 15 minutes, not a single person who walked by cared to even ask if I needed something. Teenagers running around shouting profanity and getting into arguments with each other (coupled with threats of violence), I ended up leaving. It’s a shame because this McDonald’s never used to be this incompetent, it’s only gotten worse since they put in the kiosks.

This is a very peculiar location. Sometimes I will get the best service here, and other times the service is so bad I don’t come back for a while. Thankfully the service as of late has been pretty awesome.There soft drinks are absolutely amazing, and sometimes I go just for that. This location is the only fast food joint in Coraopolis so we are pretty limited in our choices of close fast food.
