Showed up 5 minutes before closing. At 6:55. However google maps says closing is at 830. But when arrived, they turned me away and said they are not taking orders because they close in 5 minutes and technically they close 10 minutes early. With that being said, why say you close at 7pm on your door but actually close at 6:50? If you close at 6:50 put that on the door, not 7. The cook with the king hair was rude about.

This place kicked me out 15 minutes before closing and I couldn’t even finish my food. The burger tasted like it fell on the ground and it was mostly just soggy bread and only a little piece of mystery meat. The fries didn’t look bad but they sure tasted like it. The customer service was horrible and the guy taking my order sounded like he wanted to quit on the spot. The atmosphere was also terrible. There were dirty napkins everywhere on the floor and it felt like a sauna In there and to top it all of they had 5 fans and not a single one worked. Half way through me eating, one of the workers came in through the back and told us that it’s time that he locks up when they didn’t even close for another 15 minutes. I was gonna buy ice cream but I got kicked out before I could. The only good thing I would say about this place is, if you’re ever having a bad day and you wanna make it the worse day ever, this is your place to go!

Experienced the worst service. First time there, but questions are not welcomed. Attitude with every answer. If you can’t or don’t want to cook your own costco food, you can go here, that’s what’s on the menu. Their shakes looked good but we didn’t get a chance to order. They didn’t seem too eager to take our first order. Cant imagine, making a second order.

Not what I expected. I guess they have new owners since the last time I was there. Ordered Fried Burritos, they were slightly browned, full of oil due to the incorrect cooking process. Terrible…I threw them away, along with the soft serve, tasted like frozen ice milk. Garbage they went. Last time I stop there.

I’ve been eating here for 20yrs + Today I got the worst hamburger. Please go back to making it like you use too? Please My fries were good but burger was sloppy and was not made to order. Obviously who ever was cooking was not trained enough by Jim!

I stumbled upon this burger joint tonight and boy am I glad I did, this place is awesome!! I ordered a super burger meal, a fish sandwich for my girl and a jr. Meal for my son and we were all completely satisfied! This mom n pop burger shop keeps a very classic style in decor and food which I really like. The staff was really friendly and the food tasted really fresh and delicious, my son said this was his new favorite burger lol! This place is definitely a hidden gem of Fresno/Clovis and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home style tasty burger you just can’t find at your typical fast food place.

Smooth criminal! Don’t order a regular burger combo unless you don’t want to really eat. Super bland fries and burger. Highly disappointed in the quality. I refused to fill my belly with such garbage, I went to burger king instead. I’ve traveled the world and this is the worse burger I’ve ever eaten. Hopefully someone else has a better experience but I can’t in good conscious recommend this place.
