Waited almost an hour for food that I ordered for the mobile order Chipotlane. Food was good however I think it’s extreme to wait that long for fast food. Giving this rating due to one of the employees being very nice and apologizing for the wait and our drinks being warm. Hopefully this picks up I am aware that this was the opening day.

Consistently sucks. Orders will be inaccurate, way under portioned (the attached picture is right after the container was opened, it’s only half full and no bites had been taken yet), packaged sloppily—better drive at 10mph your way home bc your bag is probably soaked with leaking food and then ripped and your containers are likely bent and deformed.

I ordered take out. Arrived 11:36am and was back in my car with my food at 11:45am. There were 8 people in line before me. Food was fully stocked. I counted 17 employees, prepping food, working the line, grilling and attending drive-thru. This was the start of lunch rush during work week and I feel this location did exceptionally well on time (faster than San Marcos).

this place is trash. can the manager talk/fire the shift who worked 08/03 at 6:30-7 and ask what job they are even doing? particularly the dark haired girl at the pick up window and a generic white guy in the back who made my order. i ordered 13 dollars worth of food and they missed ALL my toppings. ordered my bowl and extras through the app to pick up at window. but to JUST get a bowl of very little white rice, black beans, and chicken. that’s it . oh and blessed barley with some onions and pieces of tinfoil in the rice! they obviously aren’t doing their jobs and are wasting company time for 15+ hour to barley do the bare minimum… don’t come here or use the chipotle lane. i had two okay experiences prior and that’s why i trusted the employees. never again.

I’ll preface this with saying I worked at Chipotle as a Service Manager for 3 years 4 years ago so I know the standards. This location is not it. I’ve ordered veggie bowls from here twice and they are the most abysmal bowls I’ve ever seen. My old GM would have been embarrassed if I ever sent food out the way they send it out here. The veggie bowl I ordered barely filled up half the bowl it was served in, with definitely less than the standard 4oz of pinto beans, quite literally 8 pieces of corn, the barest sprinkle of cheese and half a scoop of guacamole. Do you think vegetarians don’t want sustenance in their bowls? The white rice didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. It’s honestly almost like someone ate part of it. The first experience I forgave but after this experience I would say if you have literally any other location near you to go to that one. My bowl literally took 10 bites to eat. Never in my life have I experienced such low quality from a Chipotle, and that’s actually saying something. It’s actually insulting what they charge for the half standard portions they give you.

I’ve been to probably 80 different chipotle locations over the past 10 years and this is hands down the slowest I’ve ever seen a crew work. Been to this location 5 times now and it’s the same story every time. Two workers standing in the back picking their nose, one worker in the front moving slower than molasses. I tried the drive thru line this time and 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready they said I was still “10th in line”
