Walked in restaurant, stood there for 5 minutes while 4 people at the reception desk ignored us, never acknowledging our existence. Finally, a server from the back noticed us and asked if we would like a table. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by the table server. After we were able order drinks, it took another 15 minutes to get them. Food came shortly after drinks and the food was very good. Server never came back to ask if we needed anything, only to ask if we were ready for the check. 4 days later, I discovered they had charged my debit card twice. I called & left a message for the manager to call me but he didn’t. I called back and got the manager on the phone, told him the problem and he said he didn’t have time to talk with me but if there was a problem with the ticket, he would call me back. I said my time was also valuable and what do you mean “if” there’s a problem. He said banks double charge all the time. I told him that I’ve never seen a bank double charge so he started cursing me and said the restaurant was not at fault, told me it was my bank’s problem, cursed me again and hung up. Eat here at your own risks, pay cash if you do, and don’t go expecting even decent service.

We were there on Saturday night and it was our servers 3rd day, she did an amazing job. She was super sweet, always smiling and made this experience very pleasant. The food was the best I’ve ever had in Alexandria. We will be back.

We went here for Mother’s Day and I couldn’t be happier! The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was delicious and everyone was very kind. My husband ordered a spaghetti and meatballs and I ordered a baked Ziti. We both loved our food. Everything was delicious and came out hot! Mozzarella sticks were great also. I loved the homemade marinara sauce for dipping. Couldn’t get enough! We have a toddler and he behaves very good when we go out. He was very welcomed by everyone here and that means a lot of us. We will definitely go back! Also wanted to add if it’s your first time there they do give bread out before you order and it’s better than the Olive Garden breadsticks! 10/10 recommend!

The cashier/partner was very unfriendly OR MAYBE A RACIST OR PREJUDICE. When she gave me my food she didn’t say thank you but just ” here”. The Chicken Ceasars salad I orderer didn’t look anything like the picture online. Although when I placed the order and they said it would be ready in 15 min when I arrived at that time i still had to wait for several mins before I was given my food. I also paid more for the chicken Ceasars salad than the advertisement. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone!

The best authentic Italian food you’ll find around here! For some reason we didn’t have any high hope and even though we have lived in this area for over 2 years never visited this place until today and were completely blown away! The seating was a little contested but the food and service makes up for it. The service was also top notch. The server genuinely cared and followed all instructions to the T. Would highly recommend the lamb chops, the chicken masala and the chicken saltimbocca
