Employees were too busy playing around to take our order. Once they finally came to the counter, he was extremely rude and would not listen. Ordered the 25 tender family meal which took almost 30 minutes. Got home, 20 minutes away, only had 15 tenders. Mashed potatoes but no gravy at all and fry box was less than half full. For $60 bucks I expect better! Next time we will do Olive Garden or TX Roadhouse to go. It would be cheaper and faster.

Ok. Here’s the low down on this place. The food is fresh. The staff are young and just do not listen. They left off part of our order. I had to get out of my car without shoes on to go back to the drive thru door to get seasoning packets that I asked her to please make sure to give us. We had to wait(pull forward) for five minutes just to get the food that we didn’t even get our order on. Best advice: check your order before because that’s not these kids’ job! Their job is to text on their phones and chat it up with other employees.

Order was wrong went back inside thinking they would correct the order ask for white meat got dark I then got white meat but that chicken must have been deformed cause his wing was not fully developed plus the chicken is dry FIFO PEOPLE FIRST IN FIRST OUT

I went to grab dinner here last week and got the 3pc chicken combo (2 breasts & 1 wing) and when I opened it to eat , the chicken breasts looked old, dried up…I was shocked that happened bc I’ve never had a bad experience with that location B4.

We ate chicken express for dinner and got the 30 piece family tender meal with 3 sides and two fish, this cost 50 dollars and we had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, nothing was fresh, the tenders were burned and shriveled, the catfish was overcooked, the dinner rolls were terrible, and fries and okra were ice cold. This is ridiculous to pay all this money for poor quality food.

When we got home we did not have the mashed potatoes and gravy so we called and spoke to the manager I believe the name was Keith he asked if we were coming back to get it and we said no so he said multiple times as though we were not being truthful that we must have the receipt in order to come and get the mashed potatoes and gravy then said he would only honor it for 5 days! So the staff screwed up our order and now we only have 5 days to swing by and pick up what we have already paid for! This was horrible customer service and this manager needs some serious training with how to handle customer complaints not even once did he apologize for their error and really did not offer anything in return!

After the decent interaction while ordering my food, the service went downhill. The drive-thru team member was room temperature at best, and the manager may need some soft skill training because it appears that me having to wait on my food bothered her. They also left rolls and a cherry pie out of the bag, and when I called back, it went to voice-mail. I have yet to receive a callback.

Changing my 5 star review to 1 star. Came on 7/29 at 9:42pm and was told that they did not have any food to serve us except for sides and drinks. They refused to make us the 25 tenders family pack that we wanted to order. This is a large amount of money to turn away since we were going to be getting a gallon and a large tea as well. The last visit here was not much better, we had to settle for something other than what we wanted to get, and when we got home some distance away we discovered that we did not get a drop of gravy with our family order. So upsetting. We will not be coming back to this location period and I will be talking to corporate in the morning. I am so disappointed with this location… Chicken Express is my very favorite restaurant. Luckily, we were served next door at Jack in the Box and they treated us extremely well. Thanks, Jack!
