Excellent food and amazing service. Small restaurant with great character. Was greeted with a smile and given great service. Food was excellent and cooked to order. There is a wait but that is because the food is not prepared ahead of time. I had the Max noodle dish and some dumplings and they were excellent.

Will never return. Food is disgusting. We ordered vegetarian pho, pork bao, and spring rolls. The vegetarian pho tasted like boiled water with a hint of salt and just a couple of sad brocolli’s floating around. The tofu tasted rancid. Spring rolls look like they were frozen from the Market Basket next door. The bao is so INAUTHENTIC that it tastes like a mcdonalds cheeseburger from all the cheddar cheese and fried onions on it. Overall, this was a horrible food experience that my wife and I regret completely. The food is not authentic whatsoever (how can it be when restaurant advertises no msg). It is obvious that bad faith actors and paid off “local guides” are giving fake 5 star reviews to increase the rating of this restaurant. No person with a single working taste bud would rate this place a 5. Be wary. There are much better, much more authentic asian food places around this area.

Maxs noodles used to be one of my favorite places like 8 years ago before I moved out of town, I recently came back to visit and it’s still just as good. Their customer service is great, everything tastes fresh. Even my toddler who eats nothing ate the pho saying “yummy”

Nice staff. I ordered the pad thai and dumplings and they were not good. The over use of scallion ruined the dishes. The spices used in the pad thai were over powering and the dish was not enjoyable.

I can’t stop love the restaurant interior! It is so homestyle and make us feel at ease. Blackboard written menu and snacks in the jar. And the noodles, wow! Love the DanDan noodles, right spicy amount and I finished all of it!! The noodle is made to order and has no sodium, really healthy and fresh. Would definitely revisit. ❤️
