I have ordered here many times, I will never be ordering here again. Today, I ordered 2 toasted plain bageles with cream cheese and 1 toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, all of my bagels were not toasted, they exchanged a cinnamon raisin bagel for a plain bagel without cream cheese, and they did not replace it at all. I will not be returning to this store again, I suggest going to the corner bagelry just across the street, the bagels there are 10 times better.

I’ve been here a few times. They never get my coffee right. So today, before I left, I looked at the ticket on my iced coffee cup. It had 1 caramel swirl when I asked for 3 in a medium cup, and I asked for 2 Splenda, which was missing from the tag. When I asked for 2 more swirls, the guy told me that their swirl pump dispenses more than the normal pumps!!! Really?!?! And when I asked him to put Splenda in it, he took the cup from me, gave it to another guy, and I watched him walk over to the counter, and fake that he put it in my cup!!! I could see that he didn’t do anything!!! Cheating on orders doesn’t sit well with me. I will never go there again!!!

I always come to this dunkin and never have an issue but last night was a different experience. I had gone to the drive through to pick up my order and when I went to pay the man at the window told me I didn’t have enough. I knew my total and that I had payed the correct amount but he asked me for a couple more dollars. When I gave him the money he yanked to from me and stuck it in the tip jar and laughed in my face. Never have I experienced something like that. The staff is usually nice and efficient but the man who was working basically took my money from me. Never going back.

This is the best Dunkin’ around. The drive thru is so fast that it’s borderline unbelievable. I’ve never seen anything like it. There could be cars lined up down the street and it will still fly. I come here regularly and have never had a bad experience, so I’m not sure how much I believe some of these reviews. Food is always good, coffee is always good, staff is the same great people all the time.

I’ve been going to DD for years, but after tonight I will be spending my money somewhere else. Not only did he get the size of my coffee wrong, but when I paid with a $5.00 bill, he gave me my $1.00 bill back and threw my change in their tip jar??? As a younger man laughed from behind him. I go there everyday, and this is not the first problem I’ve had with these two individuals but I’ve had enough.

They finally fixed up this Dunkin’ Donuts and added a drive through, which would make it my go to DD. That being said, the coffee here always tastes burnt. I have tried a few times to get coffee here (iced coffee to be exact) and I have yet to have a cup that did not taste burnt or bitter. I wish they could learn how to make coffee because I would be a frequent customer. I go out of the way to the DD on 35 in Point- it is much better!
