Food was very good. The menu has pictures and detailed descriptions of ingredients in the dishes to make it easy to choose your meal. Appetizers were delicious. The portions were huge. Service was pleasant and speedy. Prices were reasonable.

I don’t know why everyone keeps leaving bad reviews. This place is wonderful! We waited a normal restaurant amount of time for our food and it was delicious! My husband is very picky and he also loved his ramen! Highly recommend and will be back!

Our experience was flawless. We ordered the Vegetable Ramen and the Vegetable Stir-Fried Ramen, and both were substantial and delicious portions. The miso broth was really nice. Both the counter staff and our waitress were efficient and pleasant. The delivery robot was a unique touch. We will definitely be back.

My wife, daughter, and I decided to give the recently opened ramen bar a try. We arrived around noon on a Sunday. We entered and were told there would be a wait which we expected. We grabbed a menu and headed outside to wait. After around 15 minutes I received a text that our table was ready. We entered and sat at a booth. We already knew what we wanted due to viewing the menu while we waited. We were all going with a ramen dish and wanted to make all three combos which includes your dish, Thai iced tea, and a fried chicken bun.

My experience with Takumi wasn’t quite what I was expecting. Having experience myself in the restaurant business as a manager opening a restaurant, I understand and know well what it’s like during soft opening/opening day and how things should go. For me there was just one to many mistakes in the service we received today. Although minor things to some, almost our whole order was missing ingredients or whole items we had ordered. It just seemed like they were very unprepared. The food left a lot to be desired, unfortunately.

Saw a previous review that was a bit too harsh on the new establishment. Though a little unprepared, it is nice to give the benefit of the doubt with a half teen staff with a pretty large amount of people for the soft opening. We (4) waited quite a while for our food, a little under two hours, but we were the last to be seated so it was fine. Our appetizers cane about 45 mins after being seated and they were delicious! Our main portions took longer, but our waitress kindly refilled our drinks and assured us that our food would be out soon (and it was!)
