I went through the drive through and ordered a meal and a drink. I ate in my car. When I finished my drink, I opened the lid to eat a piece of ice and found at least a half dozen flying ants crawling around my cup (how many did I ingest?). I went back to the store (only drive through is open) and said into the speaker that there was bugs in my food. When I got to the window, the manager immediately started telling me he cleaned the drink machine and tested everything and didn’t see any bugs (how did he know I was about to complain about my drink before I had a chance to tell him?). They had a bunch of cups set out like they were pouring sodas to check for bugs. I handed him my cup and when he opened the lid, he said, “oh that’s just ants” (as though ants are not bugs and no big deal). He offered to replace my drink and when I told him I did not want to consume anything from there again he acted like I was over reacting and asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I asked for my money back and he did give me money back. But it’s just the attitude that this was not concerning at all and I was making much out of nothing. I am so disgusted right now.

I went to Arby’s Saturday and Sunday for lunch, it was amazing the young man at the drive thru window was the best he made sure I had everything I needed. His customer service was so awesome. The food words cannot explain how good the food is, you have to taste it for yourself. I had the roast beef, curly fries and a good old cold ice tea.

This Arby’s needs new owners it has been not great for many many many years! Bad rancid fryer oil or stale buns and gyro bread or not enough cheese sauce and not being able to dine inside for what seemed like over a year and sometimes lazy employees not turning on the lights so no one shows up! I love Arby’s just not this one and if they where better I think they would have a lot more customers I know I would be there once a week but now just occasionally go by to take a chance but I really shouldn’t chance it!

Hadn’t been to an Arby’s in awhile so dropped in since on the way back to drop a friend off. This one was clean and quick getting our food to us. There was some issue with the exterior door, it had a lot of tape on it. The prices have gone up a bit since last I was here, but are about in line with what all the other fast food places are charging these days.

Wouldn’t know how the food is lately or how the atmosphere is because the last two times I went through the drive thru (5pm or 6pm at latest bc it was dinner time and I was headed home from work). At the window the first time no one ever came to the window for me or the car in front of me. Second time someone did come to the window and told me “we’re closed” I asked for just tonight or forever? The girl shrugged. There was a car in front of me and behind me. Made me hesitant to go back ever. Almost tried a third time but after those experiences and no cars in the parking lot at 5pm I decided against it and went somewhere else. Very difficult to tell if it’s open and serving customers. Sign says “now open” now but it said that when I got the shrug.

I had to wait for them to make fresh chicken however the chicken that was used in my ranch chicken fries was so tough I literally cracked my tooth. The guys I encountered were nice but the good was horrible. I spent $18 but now I will spend$4500 in dental work.

Horrible! Food was recooked to the point of overdone. Tried to call, but couldn’t get through it was busy. Yet I call multiple times & I received the same outcome. Paid for overdone food and was unable to get a manager on the line and was not driving back for poor quality food
