Our big family and friends went last week and had a great time! We had to wait a little extra for a few items, when the rest got their food. But that was the only downside. Everyone loves their tacos. Shrimp tacos are my favorite. Others in our group got fried chicken tacos, brisket tacos, black bean tacos, chicken fajita tacos… all were great. I didn’t love the street corn taco, but I can see how others do. We will definitely be back!!

Lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Nice fire pit during the cold winter months. Young staff that are full of energy and good customer service. Food is good, no different than the other locations.

Their fried fish is SO GOOD. I just remove the cilantro since i don’t like it. Their apple tarte/tacos are so good too if you like sweet treats! Portion sizes are great here too. Not too big and not too small; just right! My husband loves the chips and queso here too!

Very dissatisfied, we were excited to try tin roof tacos, but sadly, we were very unhappy with our food. The service was fine, but the food was terrible. We ordered fried fish tacos and shrimp tacos. The corn tortillas were cold as ice and crumbling. The shrimp was mostly batter unable to identify it as shrimp. The fish was inedible, chewy, and tough. We could not eat the fish tacos and threw them away. I never leave reviews but felt this was important so someone else would not have our experience. It was a frustrating waste of time and money.

We usually love Tin Roof, but this time was a big disappointment. I had lunch at the Broadway location a couple weeks ago and tried the fried chicken taco rather than the usual brisket. It was really, really good! Tender on the inside, crispy on the outside. A good balance of chicken, cabbage and sauce. These were obviously freshly made and were delightful. Fast forward to today when we went to this location since it’s near my home. Ordered the fried chicken tacos again. They were cold, the chicken was overcooked on the inside and the coating had no crispness to it. Think gas station chicken basket where those chicken pieces have been under the warmer for well over a day. Even the tsunami of sauce couldn’t cover how beyond cooked the meat was. This was a pretty decent location when it first opened but it is going downhill at an allarming rate! I’ll drive all the way to Boise next time I’m craving Tin Roof, thank you very much.

Easily one of the best taco places I’ve ever been to! Everything I had was incredible. Some of the best chips and queso/chips and salsa I’ve ever had. I tried their texican, brisket, and beef fajita tacos and each one was delicious! Service is fast and helpful. Can’t wait to return and try more.

I had 3 tacos. The Grilled Corn, Tin Roof and BBQ Pulled Pork. I’ve had all three before. This time this Grilled Corn Taco was the best one yet. The BBQ Pulled Pork Taco was great as usual. The Tin Roof Taco was very spicy. I’ve had this Taco at other Tin Roof restaurants and the cooks at this restaurant seems to be heavy handed when it comes to making food spicy. I do like a little spice heat in my tacos. I’ll go back but will be cautious about getting spicy tacos.

Nice restaurant, good outdoor seating with a large lava rock firepit. Several beers on tap plus some in cans, and a free refills beverage station.
