I ordered delivery today around 1pm. I didn’t get my order until 2:30. That’s way too long and I live like 3 minutes away. I ordered 6 wings extra crispy and extra wet and my wings were dry and barely any sauce on them and I also got garlic knots and they were also dry with hardly any butter and garlic and there was only 5 when I paid for 6 knots! A lot of sauce spilled all over inside the bag they put it in and the delivery driver still gave it to me while it was leaking.. very disappointing. My pizza barely had pepperoni on it and I paid an extra 1.50 to have pepperoni on my pizza and it barely had any on it. I’ve ordered food from here a few times and every time I do they always get something wrong with my order. I will no longer order from here again. This was the last straw for me. They are too expensive for the kind of food they are serving and stingy with ingredients. If I’m paying extra money to have my food done a certain way then I expect to get what I pay for! The drivers should be more careful with people’s food so that it is delivered properly without anything spilling. If I could rate this a zero I would! Never again ordering from here.

Make sure you check your order before leaving this place or you might not get what you ordered, as I come to find out. For one, they got my hot sandwich wrong, and then I checked my pizza for the extra cheese I paid for, and apparently they must have dusted it with cheese. I am so disappointed in them. I won’t order pizza from them again unless I want to chew on leather. I took a picture of the pizza for you to try and find the runny cheese I had expected.

We got delivery from Papa’s since it was a busy Saturday for us at Ashley’s Furniture. Even though a pizza was forgotten when I went to pick it up, the gentleman at the counter with a sick beard (might I add in) helped me by – not only – by remaking our GF pizza but also threw in some jokes and free dessert breadsticks. Thanks Papa’s for amazing pizza as usual and the customer service!!!

This is the worst pizza place ever!The pizza was very dry like a rug and the manager did nothing about it.He said he was walking out of the place.I send 30 dollars for 2 large dry pizzas and the the delivery guy asked for 50% tip!!

Horrible customer experience. Simply asked waitress to show 12″ and 14″ inch size boxes, and promptly, rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, while showing the boxes to me. From previous reviews, seems to be a habit for this restaurant.
