My sister works here, and when you know an employee they give 20% off. The manager with the glasses gives me the 20% discount. BUT I came when a server named Drake was at the register. I tell him the name of the employee and he goes “Who?”. First of all, if you don’t know the names of your coworkers, why do you even work there, his tone was so rude. I tell him my sisters name again and he gives me 10% off. I know the manager gives me the 20% off, so why is his subordinate giving me 10% and doesn’t even know his coworkers name? He should be fired, or at least put in his place. You work at the register for a while big deal don’t disrespect your coworkers

Food is mid at best service is awful. I have been multiple times and I never seem to leave satisfied. Now let’s talk about the service. Awful in one word. Rude in two words. If u want someone to ruin your day go to panda exspress and they will make that happen. Don’t go!!

Asian lady in black suit is really uncomfortable and unkind. She misunderstand the order and just throws your food into the dish. And even give less food than expected. Its not just one time its been several times through many students.

I frequented this location last year while on campus, as it was one of my favorite spots to eat. The staff were always super friendly and the food was as warm as you could expect from a restaurant of this type. However, upon returning to campus this fall, I noticed a drop in quality, both in service an in product. First the food, the Shanghai steak had always been a favorite of mine, it had great flavor and was well worth the extra money you pay to get it. However, the recipe has been changed, the sauce is now pretty one note and lacks the depth of flavor that it previously had. Next the service, the staff were quiet friendly besides the manager, she was rather rude and never said a word to me as I paid for my order at the register. I was caught off guard as this is not the norm. The male manager there is super friendly and I patronize this location partly because of the positive experience I have there. After this experience, my taste for this restaurant has soured a bit.

Panda Express has a long and hallowed history of pleasing my pallette. If there is one thing that will remain constant for all time, it is the deliciousness of Panda Express.

This food looked amazing but tasted like garbage… I could not believe how hard the noodles were.. usually I would save my leftovers for my dog. NOT TODAY.

The only thing that is edible here is the orange chicken. The rice is never consistently good, it’s either extremely overcooked or extremely undercooked and these people act like they don’t know what salt is. I always get a bowl and I get like five scoops of rice with barely any meat to compensate. If I wanted a bowl of rice I’d make it myself! The staff is really nice though

First time experience at a Panda express and was not disappointing. The egg-chicken wrap for lunch was so tasty that I didn’t even notice that it finished in a jiffy. I had a 3 entree bowl with rice and noodles and was filling. Although I didn’t like the overly put sauce that gives a sweet taste to the entrees, those were still good. The fried rice was so tastier than the noodles. Overall experience is good and the place was not too crowded (probably because it was a semester break). Regular college dining hall ambiance and appreciable service too. Don’t forget to check the fortune cookies (one of the best parts of Panda express :D)
