Went to the drive thru on the way to work after church and was very disappointed at this Arby’s. The young lady was rude and unprofessional. We will not be visiting this location again. We enjoy Arby’s and will continue to patron the others who have better customer service.

I ordered the new wagyu burger. I received a beef and cheddar, but quickly got it swapped for what I paid for. The burger was no different from any other burger I’ve had. I don’t get condiments, and I guess that was what was supposed to make it taste like something besides a pretty boring burger.

It’s hit or miss. Around lunch time you’re going to wait in line for 15 minutes at the very least. I think that crew might not be the best. Because I went around 3pm and the food was much better. I love the crinkle fries and hate their curly fries so I make sure to order the crinkle. Well half the time they give me curly fries but on the last visit they gave me crinkle fries but I had to throw them away because they used way too much salt. I won’t go back.

I was very disappointed in their sandwiches. Usually, they are large and delicious but these were definitely lacking. The Brisket sandwich for $11 literally had 3 thin pieces of meat. The Reuben only had meat on 1/2 the sandwich. Just like everywhere else now…lower quality (and quantity) food and higher prices.

Sign out front says dining room open. That would be a lie, since it’s the middle of the day and they have their doors locked and chairs are up on the tables. I’m at the Day’s Inn across the street with no food and no transportation. So thanks for nothing. ENOUGH WITH THIS COVID FEAR ALREADY, it’s ruining America!

We have never gone inside this location but have frequented the drive-thru numerous times over the past few years. The gentleman who took our order ladt night and gave us our food was very friendly and accommodating of our needs. He definitely gave this location and the Arby’s brand a good name. The food was also fresh and tasted great. It isn’t in the “best” location of town, but we have normally gone by after dark and have not had any problems or felt unsafe. Not a busy store (probably due to location & area,) but they have always managed to have employees that seem to want to do their best and are happy to be helping you.

Like the new value menu. Still a good bet for great curly fries and a roast beef. Their new cheaper menu is great as well. The staff and building are the only room for improvement here. This location does have ♿ handicap accessible ️ parking, restrooms, and seating.
