I go to this place quite often because I work at the hub but that’s the only reason why. The food is always mid and sometimes cold when you get it and the inside of the store is disgusting. The floor is really sticky and there is food all over the tables and seats so there really isn’t no place to sit. And every time you ask for mild sauce they forget it or they just make you get your own.

Love the taco bell on Main St n Marion, IL. Staff is always friendly and welcoming and serves fresh delicious food, made correctly unlike other locations I’ve been to where they barely give u beef and a bunch of lettuce. Our experiences here have ranged from “okay” to “terrible”. Most of the time they don’t give us the sauces we asked for or cutlery or napkins, and over half the time, they don’t give us everything we paid for. The most recent visit, they gave us our bag of food minus the Mexican pizza we ordered. Luckily experience has taught us to never leave this place without verifying everything we ordered is in the bag. The location on the other side of town is much, much better and we usually opt to go there.

This location is geared more as a mobile service setup. Like using the app or the kiosk inside rather than a cashier. Personal interaction being last option if possible I’ve noticed. But still good food a always and one of the only places left with outlets if you need to plug in a device to charge.
