Great experience! I normally (rarely) only visit the Arby’s by my work (Maryland Heights), which is always filthy. This location is immaculate, however, and nicely decorated. I ordered and ate in the dining room. The young man that took my order Sunday, 3/19/23 at 2:45pm, was professional and polite. When I said I wasn’t sure what I wanted, he made suggestions and didn’t even blink when I said I wanted medium curly fries, but a large soda. The food was delivered before I had even finished filling my soda and was perfectly cooked. I will be back!

Someone needs to retrain the person making the sandwiches. Ordered a regular roast beef with lettuce and red ranch sauce the meat was hanging out of the bun all the way around, there was almost zero lettuce and red ranch sauce on it. The restaurant itself was nice but tables were dirty even though the place wasn’t busy.

With the wagyu beef sign on I had to drop in and check it out. First the dining room is open. It is extremely clean, not ever having ordered the burger I asked about what went into the burger and the staff took their time and walked me through the difference. Omg I think this burger should be up for one of the best burgers in St. Louis area. It’s really good. Medium crinkle cut fries were cooked to perfection not greasy and crispy and a drink of Dr Pepper. Stop by and check it out. There right down from the Home Depot.

The classic roast beef sandwiches were decent. The curly fries were really good and so was the strawberry lemonade. I ordered a Gyro that wasn’t put in the bag but going through the drive thru my problem was remedied quickly. All in all a good Arby’s.

Terrible. Terrible customer service. Everything is just terrible about this location. If you want Arby’s, go to the one further down mid rivers in between the mobile and Wendy’s. So much nicer, foods always good.

The new fish n chips basket was extremely good and the Buffalo chic sandwich was good as well. However the crispy chic sand was terribly. Overcooked and hard as a rock! Thank God the fries were amazing and filled me up!

Went to Drive-thru at 4:00, Monday the 8th of August. Bought 2 for $6 deal, one a chicken sandwich. 1st they squirted ranch sauce 1/2 on 1/2 off the bread, topped with 1/2 brown lettuce, topped by 2 little pcs of mostly breaded chicken. Used to like Arbys, but you never know if this ones going open and it is, this is the food you get
