There were too many homeless and gangster type coming in repeatedly to use the restroom and fill up drinks. I did not feel safe and finished quicker than I wanted to. Why does The Habbit or In N Out not have this same issue? Please work on this!

Came in with an online order. The instructions were to tell someone I was picking up. I tried to wave to an employee and he just kept telling me to order on the kiosk. I tried to say I was picking up and I thought I cleared it up when he finally stopped waving me off and said they were working on it and will let me know. After three other customers came to order on the kiosk and got their foods I had to try to wave mr “use the kiosk” down and found out my food was sitting there though they never called my name. He was focused on the drive though and was always back-turned to the counter, so I think that’s the priority at this TB. My friend always uses the drive thru and says he has not issues so I think this is the way to go herw

I’ve been here twice while visiting on business, every time the staff is super friendly and polite. My orders are always correct, my food comes out fast and hot. The definitely don’t skimp either, the tacos and chalupas are full and tasty. Best Taco Bell ever.

Very disappointed and infuriated at the service I received in this location the cashier joselyn was extremely rude and gave so much attitude, from taking my order to me receiving my order, When giving me my change she tossed the change to my hand that it all ended falling which mind you the change falling isn’t my problem but the way she gave it to me with a lot of hatred, that was the beginning of the conflict she then gave me my 4 large drinks I asked for a cup holder and she laughed and repeated “ you need a holder “ with a smirk laugh and that’s what set me off, I asked for the manager and the manager on duty didn’t do anything to resolve the issue, words can’t even explain this cashier attitude and lack of customer service. I am so upset with the situation.

Visited this location today. In addition to messing up my order, leaving out the most expensive item, the items that they did include were made poorly with almost no meat. I tried to call them to bring my missing item to their attention, but they don’t answer their phone. It just rings and rings. I’ll be driving back over there, I suppose, to pick up my missing item, assuming they don’t try to give me a hard time about it… but this location is not exactly local for me. I just happened to be there, just another customer for them to screw over with missing items and sub-par food.
