The woman on the register was extremely rude and was giving me a hard time with my order. This is my second time coming , and this is the same cashier who was rude yesterday. On (4/23) the manager & cashier let me use the grand opening coupon i had on my phone (i asked was it good to use & THEY stated it did not have to printed) and that it’s valid til 5/1/22 AS THE COUPON states. Today (4/24) the cashier said “they don’t do coupons” , and i told her to talk to a manager and she did , after speaking to the manager , the manager said “no, not on her shift” and then the cashier put the phone on speaker and said “i don’t know what this bi**h want , the coupon only good for another week” and they all laughed. Then she said “you still wanna order?” and i said “no” and hung up. I live in the neighborhood & I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted that your own people do you dirty , call you out your name, change up the rules per shift and disrespect you for simply trying to get a well deserved discount. I will never recommend this BABAS/JJs to anyone. This is sad, it really wasn’t that serious .
